I am a humble individual user. Thus, for the most part, I have only the AI version of Support. When I signed up with Nutshell, part of the inducement was that they had Live phone support for all of their customers. That changed a while afterwards. The saving grace of the current support System is that if you bang your head against the wall for long enough, the AI support system will let you chat with a live human being, and the human beings with the passage of years have gotten to be very good at their job. One other point is that with the years, the program has become more complicated and the user interface has become more cluttered. For someone who uses the program almost exclusively as a database, that is not an improvement. Finally, the program used to hook up with Skype, which made possible one-click phone calls. However, Microsoft killed off Skype, and to get one click phone calls todayyou have to pay Nutshell for an add-on program. On the other hand, one-click email capability is still there. By the way, in case a higher power is reading this, the database program that I liked best was one called Contact Plus. Unfortunately, The creator and owner of the program shut it down. If it were revived, I might go back to it. One last thing: it would be wonderful if the program allowed full text searching of all the fields in a record. Unfortunately, now, unless you remember the name of an individual or a company, you have only a small chance of finding a contact.

Throughout the whole experience Devin has been there to answer any questions and change anything that was needed to be changed. He came up with solutions to everything we presented him with in a timely manner. The actual program had been super easy to use and understand, which is all you can ask for when changed CRM systems. I look forward to continuing to use the program more.

We are a current customer, we have had a number of issues with this platform. Basic and simple requests are not something they can address, common sense solutions are also something they cannot do. I went to send a promo mail for the weekend for our affilates around the world, and low and behold, another lost weekend of revenue because of a "Token" issue in the audiences. Meaning I could not email a very important promo. My mistake, I should be able to have me email all in one basket, boy was I wrong. And don't expect anything other than "we are sorry for the inconvience". NO COMPENSATION for faliled services. Try any other mailing service!

Very difficult email launch process.Like getting into CIA database.Marketing stuff constantly on your screens with inability to eliminate.

It saves time, improves accuracy, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks - which is critical when you’re dealing with people’s lives and simply cannot afford mistakes. The searchable transcripts make follow-ups seamless and reviewing key details effortless. On top of that, the Nutshell support team is fantastic, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful and having a dedicated account executive makes a real difference (Chad has been amazing). It’s rare to find software that combines smart technology with real human support, strong security, and compliance for handling sensitive information, in those regards Nutshell truly delivers.

It's still a a CRM, I wish the search function was more comprehensive, and I'd love to be able to sync more seamlessly with other MSFT products like OneNote and Teams.
