DO NOT WASH WITH OTHER CLOTHES – THE COLOUR RUNS WITH THE CANDY APPLE AND BLACK CONTOUR SHORTS

Today was my first time washing my NVGTN clothing after ordering it. Luckily, I decided to hand wash each item individually—thank goodness for that.

I started with the white halter bra and had no issues. The sweat marks came out very easily. However, when I got to the candy apple contour shorts, the water turned completely pink. I drained the water and tried again with the black seamless contour shorts, and the same thing happened—this time, the water was dyed purple.

I also noticed pulls in the shorts after only two wears. For the price I paid, the quality is very disappointing. The sizing is strange as well; the shorts fit fine around the waist but are extremely long.

I also purchased the pistachio green seamless contour shorts, and the contouring is barely visible. On top of that, the shorts are not squat-proof at all—no matter what color underwear you wear.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! While it's nice to support family-run businesses, the quality of these items is comparable to SHEIN, only 10 times more expensive. I am very, very, very disappointed.

Received snagged leggings, holes in multiples places when trying them on. Submitted a manufacturing defect claim, as it says on their website there is a 90 day manufacturing warranty. They offered a 10% off discount code.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and 3 sports bras 1 month ago. Within the first wear of one pair of leggings had a thread loose, another pair came with thread hanging in the 'under' area and then in just one month, the 3rd pair had a hole on the butt. The leggings are SUPER soft, but that means you're going to easily snag/tear them if you're not careful, which is almost impossible if you are wearing them for their intended purpose.... I contacted support as they were only 1 month old and all they could offer was 10% off my next order which you get anyway if you use an affiliate code. I wouldn't buy from them again - the only reason I gave 2 star is because the sports bras were nice enough.

I purchased a pair of slate blue contour shorts and black speckled contour shorts-BOTH shorts were pictured HIGH waist and the description was HIGH waist. Apparently, they put under the incorrect category on their website, yet they said it was MY error! To exchange the item has been a nightmare. They finally gave me a "gift card" to use,
(if I requested a refund I would have been charged a fee!), but so far has not gotten it to work. This company is not what I consider ethical and totally lacks customer service. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The colors in the photos are completely different from what you actually receive. I ordered some balsam green leggings which look more like teal in the photos and when I received them they were a Christmas green, totally different from what was pictured, and SUPER long (size medium) I’m 5’2. Made from china and are on AliExpress as well. If I wanted cheap made clothes that cost close to nothing I would’ve gone on SHEIN/AliExpress in the first place. Clothes smelled really weird when I took them out of the bag too. I got two sports bras which were also not the color I thought I was ordering. I wanted quality workout clothes. They make you pay for the return/shipping as well they take out a few dollars for a handling fee too. All around disappointed and will not buy again.

I bought a pair of legging from NVGTN as it was my first purchase. Guess that will be the first and last.
I had very high expectation as I had seen a lot of hype, but it was not worth it. It was very different to how it looked on the heavily photoshopped picture and the material was so horrible that I could only wear it may be twice after a wash. Then I noticed that the material pulled through and became see through.
Horrible and expensive purchase!

I have bought multiple leggings, shorts and bras from NVGTN throughout the years. The last two years 2023 and 2024 products purchased have been absolutely horrific.

First off, the products keep breaking even though it’s correct size.

Second off, the products that I lastly received have horrible chemical smell and I was scared to even wear them so I didn’t.

Third as the last, there is no mention of the products being free of BPAs and phthalates, no testing made for that. So basicly there is probability that the products are harmful and even toxic for the users.

Nach den vielen negativen Kommentaren hatte ich mir etwas Sorgen gemacht wegen der Bestellung. Aber die leggings sitzen einfach perfekt, machen eine tolle Figur, nicht zu lang und super Sitz an der Taille! Der Stoff fühlt sich sehr fest an und ist nicht durchsichtig ! Auf der ersten Blick sieht es nach Guter Qualität aus! Werde auf jedenfall nochmal bestellen!
PS: Ich hatte die Contour 2.0 Seamless in mocha und grey bestellt

I’m sorry to say that the products have lost its quality. And so have customer service. I ordered and used two new pair of thighs and they both started to thread up just 30 minutes in. They are pantyhose thin, have absolutely no hold and definitely not squat proof! They claim they have not changed the product from before and told me to get a clothing shaver for the threading, and that is not okey. I should be able to go to the gym without a clothing shaver to get the tights to look good. And I have been a customer for years now, and the product is without a doubt changed. So, if you buy - expect bad quality. You get better quality from Temu for under half of the price at NVGTN.

I wish I saw these reviews before I bought. I’m from Canada and waited 4 weeks for these to come. They fit very tight, I pulled them up (like they rec) and they just contour my vag like crazy. AND THE WORST PART- not squat proof. They are see through. Can see my full butt cheeks when I squat or bend… didn’t bother sending back bcs of duties. Also to note that the leggings are my exact measurements so they aren’t too small. But just don’t buy…

Absolute terrible quality of material and even worse customer service. I ordered several leggings shorts and bras. The material is very thin, the scrunch leggings tore at the seam within a few uses. The bra I purchased was awful quality; I wore it once and after a wash the material was piling and threads were pulled. I contacted customer service and they told me this was normal and I need to buy a material shaver, and they cannot help me except to offer a 10% discount on next order - which I would need to spend 195$ on for free shipping regardless. Save yourself money and shop elsewhere.

Versand dauerte sehr lange. Als die Ware dann nach ca1Monat ankam die Enttäuschung.
Bestellte Pistachio Lift Seamless Leggings und Bra. Als ich das Paket öffnete stieg ein Geruch aus der nach Chemikalien roch. Wirklich schlimm. Dann sah ich das sie in China produzieren ob das für diese Preise gerechtfertigt ist. Aber die Qualität war auch ungenügend stark durchsichtig der Stoff ist sehr dünn und ich kann mir vorstellen das sie dann auch nicht lange halten wird.
Natürlich NVGTN angeschrieben sie meinten ich sollte alles mal waschen wegen Geruch und ich bekam eine Anleitung wie ich die Hose richtig tragen damit sie nicht durchsichtig ist,... wie soll das bitte gehen??? Naja einmal und nie wieder weil der Rückversand soll mich jetzt über 45€ kosten. Verstehe nicht warum diese Marke so gehyped wird.

The items look amazing and i love all the color options since i like pastel colors and i find it hard to find on other websites that isnt super exensive with nice colors. So i gave this a try. I bought 2 tops and 1 shorts and 1 leggins. Everything looks great, material slightly thin. Easy to get a CT💔 Today i wore the leggings for the first time and i think my nail got stuck and then it ripped a thread loose on the pants!!! I was really dissapointed!! (It was the curve seamless tights that broke)

UPDATE: after reading all these recent reviews about poor quality and different sizing, I managed to cancel the order as I was too worried about receiving poor quality items and then having to wait more and spending more money to return them. I'm sorry the quality isn't there honestly, cause I was looking forward to my new items.

I bought 3 items and paid for them on September 29th. I contacted the customer service to check when will the order ship. It's a joke that it's been over a week and they haven't even shipped the order, saying it might take up to 3 weeks to ship it?!
I wanted to give them another chance since I once ordered 2 pairs of leggings which one of them were seethrough, but reading all of the reviews and waiting for so long for the parcel even to ship, I don't have a good feeling about it.

DO NOT BUY THE PERFROMANCE PANTS! They pill after one use of wear without even washing them. I asked for a replacement or refund and they offered a 10% code for FUTURE USE! WHAT A JOKE! I really liked their products but the material is cheap and the pants now look like crap after one use! DO NOT BUY!

I have purchased several pairs of leggings from NVGTN over the years. I recently contacted their customer support after one of my newer pairs sustained a hole right along the seam. I had worn these three times. When I contacted customer service they advised the best they could do was provide me a discount code of 10% for a future purchase as I was outside of the “90 day period”.

I have dealt with Lululemon and Gymshark customer service over the years and their solutions for similar issues have always been superior and left me much more confident in making future purchases.

I would not recommend NVGTN.

J'ai acheté un leggings au prix de 56 €, mais il ne me convient pas, donc je souhaite le retourner. On me demande de payer 36 € pour le retourner en Chine. Quelle déception ! Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site.
