I would not recommend Oakheart.
Tommy is a great salesman and very charismatic when you first speak to him, but that is where the praise ends.
He first stated that I would only be signed up with Oakheart for 8 weeks, my fault that I took him at his word when the paperwork came over and I did not read fully but he had tied me in for 20 weeks.
This would not have been a problem if the house had sold but it has not, I have had minimal viewings despite lowering the house price to the recommended sale price after discussing with Andrew the Oakheart manager, who himself seems clueless.
When I have ask the minimal viewings that have come round, they have answered that they were pressured to come round and it was not the area they were looking for, a waste of everyone's time.
I am not stating that other estate agents are better but they are definitely not as bad as Oakheart.
Stay Away.

I recently started renting a new property with Oakheart, and I have to say, the whole process was completely seamless. After struggling for three months with other agents to find a suitable property, I was referred to Oakheart. Richard has been amazing throughout, always available to answer any questions I've had. I can't recommend them highly enough!

He got 20 viewings in 2 weeks and we ended up with a choice of buyers, one of which completed last week. I was put in touch with Richard Baker to help me with a tricky tenant situation. I don’t have any business with Oakheart at the moment, however after the wonderful helpful advice Richard gave me, I will be very tempted to use them in the future! Richard was clear, knowledgeable and kind as his advice on this occasion was free. What a lovely experience and a credit to Oakheart!

I cannot fault the lettings team. They are up on all the ever changing legal stuff of having tenants & keep the landlords and tenants in good hands. I couldn’t believe a couple people left a bad review for this company but then I did notice those same people ONLY leave bad reviews for all companies they encounter. I don’t trust the type of reviewer who only complains, are they rude and bad tempered all the time, probably. Another letting agent wanted my business but I wanted the best.

As a first time buyer, avoid these people at all cost. Inflated the property way too high as soon as they see buyers intent, did not give out vital information and only about selling and making profits.

During our house search ,I met George and he understood my schedule for viewing, made the viewing experience easy ,still in the process but in all George is a good representative of oakheart properties. Look forward to moving in and completing all necessities

I cannot praise or recommend Oakheart Sudbury enough all staff are superb. They have great experience for such a young team and are always helpful and courteous. Tommy, Jess, Jack, George have all assisted with our sale and are very professional. They have made our process less stressful with their cool friendly approach.

If you’re looking to sell or rent a property - I can not urge you enough to call Oakheart immediately, within hours Richard was able to meet and take down our requirements.

He used his experience to gauge our price point and narrow in on some properties. Some of which were yet to come to market! Putting us in the best possible situation.

Viewings were set up quickly and communication was precise! When the paper work, legal side and referencing were to be taken care of - Richard and Cara worked perfectly to get the outcome all parties were hoping for!

I recently used Oakheart to help me find tenants for my rental property. Charlie Knight has been brilliant, very responsive and has done a great job in marketing and letting the house. We were working to a short time frame but Charlie managed to find the right tenants for the property and I have been very happy with the overall service. Oakheart are excellent! I became an accidental landlord & they helped me through every step of the way, getting my property let in a super short time despite Xmas & the New Year getting in the way. Charlie is my primary contract, providing a consistent personal service with a great team as backup. Oakheart managed to effectively balance being a local letting agency, with all that provides, alongside an effective organisation - the best of both worlds!!!!
