What made my experience great was the assistant HANNAH HOYLAND. Hannah was patient, diligent, polite, and took her time to listen to what I had to say. She got all the details correct and has followed them up with the relevant individual. If all Staff were like Hannah there would be no issues for someone to sort out, thank you so much Hannah.
Exceptional support and advocacy from IPM
I recently had a stressful experience involving unfair parking charges issued while I was in the hospital. I reached out to my property manager Robyn, and I couldn't be more impressed with the support I received.
Instead of directing me elsewhere, they took the time to listen, understood the sensitivity of the situation, and proactively advocated on my behalf with the parking company. Thanks to their intervention, the charges were rescinded. It’s rare to find a management company that truly takes care of the residents issues. Highly recommend for their professionalism and empathy!

Manger sue kinsella just says it’s been passed on to our trainee property manager
If we stopped paying the service fees that we don’t receive then we would have a letter but it’s ok for ipm to charging for a communal area cleaning since 2020 when it become ipm from venture then insprired but property manager did not have a key up until April 2025 but that’s ok
They do nothing to help or support residents in halton lofts I understand why other Tennants DONT pay
Iam now paying for my own legal advice on the matter
If you have the choice don’t use this company!

Site maintenance manager damaged property
This would be a zero if I could. Lack of accountability for their site manager applying a sign to my windscreen using vasoline. This has damaged my windscreen and wipers. Robyn has not apologised and has tried to condone the behaviour of their site manager. Playing down the damage and impact. Robyn has been poor in handling and managing the property.

PEEP issue
I had a problem with recieving a response from the Personal Emergency Evacuation Project team which is independent of IPM.
I spoke to Lucy at IPM to find out if the matter could be resolved, with her help. Within 24 hours I received a message from PEEP who are now dealing with it. Thank you Lucy!

This IPM is a joke
This IPM is a joke. I've only been a new owner, but it's already starting to be a problem. Water is leaking from my ceiling in torrents, and the ceiling lights, even though they've already removed them, are flickering. Just wait until the ceiling collapses on me or catches fire. This is putting my health and the lives of everyone in the building at risk. When I tell them this, I report it and send videos, and they only reply that it's between apartments and that my neighbor and I need to find the leak and fix it. Unfortunately, the owner upstairs is abroad, and the person whose phone number I got from them doesn't answer or return my calls. There are escort girls upstairs who are terrified by the situation. So who's going to fix this leak? From what I understand, they don't use the bathroom, and the water leaks in my bathroom, and there's no sign of a leak in theirs. I've already reported it to Citizen Advice, Leashold Advice, and Cancilu. I'm waiting for help. If not, I'll call the police and fire department. This is a complete misunderstanding.

Excellent service, very helpful team
Natalie and Robyn at IPM are absolutely brilliant. They were more than happy to take my call to address a couple of maintenance issues I brought up. They sent me follow-up emails with updates on progress and never once made me feel like I was a bother. I’m very pleased to have them as property managers. It is reassuring to know that they can be contacted if a problem does occur, and knowing that they will respond promptly. Thank you Natalie and Robyn!
