Can’t thank oakheart enough for getting our house sold. When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus!
At one point the sale fell through but it was resold within the week. I honestly can’t recommend enough!!!

Fantastic new Elite Estate Agents in Sudbury. Excellent group of people to worth with. I wasn't always in Sudbury but the whole office kept an eye on my house from day 1 through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent. The online portal was invaluable with weekly updates on my buyers status and also mine. Having moved quite a few times I have never been represented by a better office than Oakheart. Thank you all.

After a disappointing experience with a previous local estate agent, I can not speak more highly of the service we received from Oakheart. We were buying our first home and every step of the way the whole team were helpful, polite and efficient and any question or request however large or small was dealt with promptly. Annalise called regularly to update us on the progress of the sale and the team arranged multiple viewings for us to see the property. We were very impressed with Tommy in the Sudbury office from suggesting and arranging viewings as we were 2 hours away to calling outside of office hours to confirm our offer had been accepted. I’m so glad I used Oakheart to recently sell my house. I did previously have it on the market with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer in 12 weeks. Decided to try Oakheart and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Sammy was amazing, always in contact letting me know was happening. The agent I was buying from was so awful, the difference between them and Oakheart was night and day. Sammy relentlessly chased and followed up with agents and solicitors to get to completion. Would 100% recommend Oakheart. I just wish all agents were like them.
