Why I would always choose Ocean World Travel
The customer advisor, Jordan, was professional, polite and friendly. He navigated me through differing cabins and prices which would suit my means.
As he processed my details with the Fred Olsen team he discovered that my friends were on the same cruise but on another ship within the fleet. He got in touch and explained, for which I'm grateful for, as this mistake would have meant I would only see my friends for a day in port and not throughout the entirety of the cruise. Now that's service.

I found it easy booking by chat on line. I don't particularly like talking on the phone as I always forget to ask questions. They were all promptly answered.

Islands and France aug cruise
I have used this company before and received very good service the reps i spoke to came across as being very efficient and this time was just as good, Ryan advised me on several points and enquired with Fred Olsen about one point and came back with a answer within in 15 minutes,
