Don’t waste your time with these guys. I had an enquiry for a family holiday in 2027 which dispite promises of getting back with “good proposals” never materialised. Considering i was looking at a spend of around £20k gives me no confidence to trust them with my holiday. The time i have taken describing what i wanted in terms of departures and type of cruise line is frustrating but now looking at other agents to help

We booked quite a last minute deal for a cruise . Your operator we spoke to was SO helpful in dealing with all our queries and quickly booking us when we confirmed as there really was limited availability.
Her manner was business like but warm and friendly.

First time we have used a travel agent to book our cruise as we normally book direct with the cruise company. What a pleasant experience it has been and Harris our travel agent has been amazing. I like the fact that we can contact Harris any time we have any questions and at times when he has not been available, his colleagues have passed on our enquiry and he gets back to you very quickly. Also feels like you get an extra few perks booking through a travel agents such as breakfast at the hotels for the stay part of the trip. Also appreciate them being based in Scotland as they understand how important flights from a regional airport are.

Danni helped us when we wanted to book a cruise for 2028. We knew which one we wanted but needed help going through all the different cabin options and prices. She was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us find just the right cabin. She took us through the whole process giving helpful advice along the way and got the best price for us. She was very friendly, professional and thorough. We felt very supported by her as we are new to cruising and took on board all the tips she gave us. We can't thank her enough and recommend them to anyone booking a cruise.

I booked a Cruise with Harris back in March 2026. I had originally booked my Cruise on board Celebrity Ascent, but decided to change my destination. There was a few issues between Scotlands Cruise Centre and Celebrity Cruises, but Harris dealt with these quickly and efficiently by liasing with Celebrity Staff on my behalf. I contacted Harris about half an hour before his shift ended on the Friday night, not only did he continue to work past his shift that night, he also worked all Saturday morning and into the afternoon so he could send me all the new confirmation, Saturday was his day off!! You don’t get that kind of service very often (and I also don’t leave reviews), but as Harris went above and beyond to help me solve all the issues, I thought he definitely deserved a 5* review. Keep up the excellent work Harris, you’re definitely an asset to the company.

I would also like to give Mem a mention too, he always helps us book our Cruises and is very efficient and excellent at his job too. Thanks again guys.

Recently booked a cruise to Thailand and Vietnam on Celebrity Solstice with a Singapore and Hong Kong stay for February 2027, felt we were given a very good deal and it was a pleasure to deal with Katie Lowe while making initial enquiries through to finally booking this trip, no questions or queries seemed to be a problem, Katie dealt with everything in a very friendly and efficient manner. This is our first time using this company and would certainly recommend them going by our experience so far

We’ve booked with Scotland’s Cruise Centre on a number of occasions now, and the service is consistently excellent.

Our cruise specialist, Alana McEwan, is simply wonderful. She is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything is just right.

Once again, Alana managed to secure our first-choice cabin for our back-to-back cruise in 2028, which we were absolutely delighted with. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s very reassuring to know she is always on hand to answer any questions or help with anything, even after the booking has been made.

It’s that level of personal service and attention to detail that keeps us coming back. Highly recommended.
