Like a month ago I bought some twist mops from Walmart Old cedar brand okay after 2 weeks it broke so I went and bought a second one after two days that bro okay so I contacted them tried to tell him what the problem was and they sent me two $10 off coupons for there products so I take one of the coupons two days ago by a whole brand new mop with it and two days later the little scrubby piece fell off from the bottom on the inside so I tell them and show them pictures and they told me that I put the replacement mop head on wrong first of all it was never a replacement mop head I bought a whole new mop and they won't contact me back I just want to let everybody know if you're buying anything of cedar products like the twist mops there junk and they know it,so there's a gray piece inside the mop head and it holds the handle on the very first one I bought there is a button because you can change the mop heads so their machine wasn't pushing the button out all the way okay fast forward to six mops later two days I've had the last one and it's already broke I don't use harsh chemicals these mops, my opinion are very cheap to make but to charge us $16 a piece for them is ridiculous when they're constantly constantly breaking I have a lot of dogs to clean them after and the mop is good for that but for them to keep breaking one after another like this is ridiculous and I am done buying anything from old cedar products.

You can not mop your floor without the mop collapsing on you 3 or 4 times before you are finished!! I was so excited to get the spin mop and try it out because it seemed so much easier than the way l had been mopping!! If you put any pressure on the mop it will collapse on you...
Think twice before you buy this!!

On your cleaning gloves you have on your boxes 1 pair, not once but twice on the box. If you picked that product up and read that it has 1 pair, anyone would come to the conclusion that you have 2 gloves in that box. Correct? NOPE, not your product. Went to get my gloves out so I could do some ugly cleaning today. Guess what? I had one glove. ONE!
Why would you put 1 pair on your box 2 times and only put one glove in. Isn't this misrepresentation? And couldn't you get suit for misrepresentation?
I am disappointed that your rating is only 3 stars. I used your products since I was first married when I was 18, and now I am 64 and you have allowed your company to go downhill. Please pick it up. Your products were good quality once, why would you let it slide? Sad and very disappointed.

You would expect a well made functional product from a well known company. Please know that I do not give poor reviews unless they are deserved. The OCedar spin mop would not be an acceptable investment for anyone. The handle will not stay at full length. I had to tape it open at full length the first time I used it. The mop head came off several times. The mop spins with bucket when try use the spinner so that function is virtually useless. I have only used it once and I am not sure I will ever try to use it again because I don't want to be reminded of how I wasted my money.

The mop the blue microfiber mop that goes with the red mop bucket that's got the ringer that sits on the top has got to be the crappiest craftsmanship that I've ever seen I've had this mop less than 2 weeks and it's already stripped at the end of the pole where the mop head is I go look for customer service phone numbers for these people I can't find anything
