Items turned up quickly but reduced score is due to website stating 7 items were in stock when actually only 5 were. No issue getting refund which was processed efficiently also.

As you will see by our many positive reviews we pride ourselves on offering the best possible service so it always saddens us to hear of someone who is unhappy.
We can not see that you have made contact with the office via email, live chat or telephone regarding your order. Should you wish to do so we will be more than happy to investigate what has gone on and resolve.
Mistakes very occasionally do happen and should we get notified we will of course resolve in a timely manner.
