I ordered a pair of slippers on pre order - almost 3 weeks after the stated ship date, they still haven't arrived. As a small business owner myself, there are things about the experience that don't sit well. I had to chase up to see where my order was and was told they would ship later than expected. As a pre-order with a stated shipping date, en email should have automatically gone out to inform of the delay. Also Evri as a shipping partner - not the best choice. It's been 4 days since my order was sent to them and they still are processing it. Being known for slow shipping and poor service, choosing a shipping partner that is fast and reliable is pretty important for the overall customer experience. The biggest issue I have, though, is that the slippers I ordered - after asking about colours as I noticed something was off on the website vs social media posts, I was told are basically random in embroidery colours; this was not stated on the site, and I chose them based on the colour, So I have no idea what I am receiving. This is mirrored on social media - many different colour options, but none on the site, nor an explanation of what colours you are actually receiving. I just think more transparency and accuracy is needed, plus a serious review of the chosen shipping partner. Based on other reviews this seems to be a recurring issue.

Once again I fell for a sob story on…
Once again I fell for a sob story on Instagram about a small business being ripped off by a chain who ‘stole’ their IP. This tale was told as the company owner lovingly wrapped their product in tissue and wrote a hand written thank you note to the customer. Mine arrived in a cheap plastic baggy tied with a sticky bread-tie. No returns advice and definitely no thank you note. Quality wise - they’re ok. The sheepskin is not very dense. Suspect it will compact really quickly. Doesn’t even feel like sheepskin and there is no labelling so it’s hard to tell what they’re really made of. Was going to give them as a Christmas gift but they’re not well enough presented. All in all I’d probably avoid.

One star because is no option for zero stars. This so called bussiness uses quite an aggresive way to advertise their business by sending never ending emails with no option to unsubscribe. Please stop , I don't want to buy from you

Wonderful slippers. Great value.
Although my slippers arrived 3 days later than advised, this was down to useless EVRI and therefore it wouldn't be fair to drop any stars.
The slippers are wonderful. Cozy, good quality make. I particularly like the use of (possibly) Jacob's fleece on the inner sole.
I've been gifted Sheepers in the past and this purchase was a result of me looking to replace them. These are a good value alternative.

I treated myself to slipper boots and…
I treated myself to slipper boots and slipper moccasins.
The boots were a 9, they're not super comfy yet but I can tell they're going to soften beautifully.
The moccasins are snug - In a "good" 8.... but I can already feel them giving. They're such a cute design.
There was an issue with postage.
I placed the order on 17th February and received my order 12th March.
When I flagged up to them my order hadn't arrived they worked to sort it out and got a further order out. These things happen.
Merino wool gilet
I bought a merino wool gilet, it was very lovely but unfortunately the sizing was too small, I emailed Eve, she was very helpful and said I could return it, however I had put a post on my social media story asking if anyone wanted it before I returned it and a friend tried it on and bought it, she loves it!
I ordered myself another merino wool gilet in the size up and it fits perfectly, it is so warm, cosy and comfortable. It is the perfect length, covers my bottom which is always a good thing! The pockets are nicely situated and handy
I love this gilet, the only thing I would recommend though is to buy a size larger than you usually are. (I cut the label out of mine.)
Very narrow at the toe
Very narrow at the toe, very high up the heel at the back and I feel like they will give me blisters. No foot support inside. Very little wool inside the shoe so they don't feel comfy or cosy, feels like walking in clogs and doesn't actually feel like real wool.
I sized up to a 5 but they feel small and not because there's lots of padding in the wool as I usually find with real sheepskin.
I definitely would not recommend these to anyone.

Feel fake
I ordered Onaie slipper boots described as premium suede and sheep wool lining. So I was disappointed to receive a product that felt very fake and plastic. They feel like Primark quality and I don't expect them to last long. If you do decide to part with your cash, know that the sizing is snug. Caveat emptor!

Had a really lovely experience with ONAIE, easily ordered 3 pairs on sale with a discount code, lucky dip are high quality. They arrived in no time and Eve was easy to communicate with. I am really pleased with my purchases. The slippers are beautiful quality and true to size.

The slippers I received were horrible, unwearable.
The slippers I received do not live up to the “Handmade Sheepskin Slippers” strap line on the website. The company claim they are wool but nowhere is the item description is the word ‘wool’. I suspect the faux fur is exactly that, completely faux. They also suggest “unparalleled comfort” from slippers with a stiff, unbending plastic sole. None of these points is addressed in the customer service reply which is dripping in sarcasm as is their reply here. To add insult I have to pay return postage for these completely unsuitable items. Also of interest is that the negative review I left for the product, twice, via the website has not appeared. Avoid at all cost.
And now they’ve blocked me from their Facebook page and thus deleted my comment which disagreed with one praising these ghastly slippers. This says so much about the company’s ethics.

Eve and her ONAIE company are doing everything right and are a beacon for others to follow. They provide excellent quality products at competitive prices. As a customer nothing is ever a problem and the service provided is exceptional. If I need slippers this is my
'go-to' company.

Wonderfully helpful company
Wonderfully helpful company, I had problems with the delivery company and they chased for me. The slippers are the warmest most comfortable I have ever owned, I will definitely buy again when these are worn out.

Not good quality
Bought for a Xmas present for my grandma. They arrived but not worth £28! Feel and look quite cheap like primark. Wouldn’t buy again for the price

It may be that the slippers I received were an anomaly in terms of quality, but still a little disappointed to be without slippers, hence only 4 stars.
The slippers look ok, but are uncomfortable to wear. The sole of one slipper is uneven causing a lump I can feel as I walk. Unfortunately I kept them aside for a snuggly pair of slippers to wear in the winter, as such the return date had passed.

ONAIE stormy slippers
I bought a pair of the Stormy slippers a few weeks ago. I’ve had a pair of similar ones from ONAIE before and had no issue. On this occasion I found that the pictures on the website are incredibly misleading. The pictures show a light grey pair of slippers when they are in fact lilac. They are a completely different colour to the photograph which is disappointing. I tried to leave a review on the website around 10 days ago but it’s yet to be published.

Very poor customer service
Ordered 2x pairs of slippers as a gift. Paid for 48hr Royal Mail postage. Package arrived two weeks later - too late to be gifted. Emailed customer services a week ago to ask for prepaid return postage. Radio silence. I note that you can’t post comments on the company Insta account so i guess they’re getting plenty of complaints at the moment.

Dishonourable Company with dreadful customer service
I suspect that the best way to judge a company’s customer service is how they deal with an issue when things do not go according to plan.
ONAIE do not do well - at all. An item goes missing and fault is acknowledged by EVRI with both photographic and written evidence that they have lost the parcel.
Despite this ONAIE continue to insist that one signs a Denial of Receipt form. I might have been happy to do this had the form been sent to me in a format that I can print off. Repeated requests for this still do not produce a form that prints, and most annoyingly ONAIE refuse to acknowledge or act to provide a refund despite seeing evidence from EVRI of their admission of responsibility for losing my parcel.
EVRI are happy that their information is sufficient for ONAIE to proceed with a refund to me and claim compensation from them. Still my refund is denied.
I note from other poor reviews on TrustPilot that others have also had difficulty getting refunds paid to them.
This contravenes trading standards and is simply dishonest and not honourable behaviour.
What is also unacceptable is that Eve requested that I amend my original review! Extraordinary. Her manner is sadly saccharine and condescending, and deliberately obstructive.
I can not recommend ONAIE and would advise others not to use them. If things don’t go well these guys don’t respond well.
A referral to Trading Standards has now been made and a section 75 retail dispute logged with my card provider.
What a waste of my time - I should just like my £39.99 refunded!
