Ordered scrubs. Size was too small so requested an exchange. Had to chase it up and waited almost 2 weeks until my exchange order arrived. Not sure about quality as didn’t had a chance to wear them.

Having ordered from oncall once before and had a positive experience, I felt safe ordering more from them.
I wish I hadn’t as the second experience was really hit and miss. This review will be long, but honest.
My second order was dispatched but never delivered. After I week of waiting I reached out to oncall, and after sending 2 or 3 emails over the following days I eventually got a response saying they would chase with Royal Mail.
After another few days of chasing again a got a further reply saying that a replacement order would be sent as the original was lost.
Again I waited and no delivery came, and despite chasing oncall daily for tracking info I received no further communication from them, so eventually I was left no choice and left a 1 star review here.
Amazingly, a day later oncall contacted me via telephone and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and ensured me as a clinician led company they took the matter very seriously.
She advised me all my messages had been replied to, and didn’t know why I wasn’t getting them. She offered to send me a copy of the messages, and I provided a second email address to ensure I got them.
She also said they had processed a full refund, and would send me a 2nd replacement order by way of apology. Some of the items I ordered were now out of stock so I agreed an alternative, which I should receive the next day, and was promised that when the out of stock items became available again I would be sent this item also as a further apology.
Despite providing 2 email addresses I still didn’t receive the proof they had been responding, and a week on I have still have not had any refund which was promised.
I did get the complimentary order the next day with the alternate items, but can’t say this was actually complimentary as I was never refunded in the first place. I’m also sceptical that I will ever get the items I originally ordered when they are back in stock.
I have messaged via email again requesting a further call from someone regarding the refund, but have not had a further call from anyone, so as it stands I have received a set of scrubs, although not what I originally ordered, so I’m technically not out of pocket, but remain disappointed by the poor customer service despite the promises made to apologise for the initial customer care.
The products sold are great, but I will not be making any further purchases due to the inconsistencies in customer care and unreliability of deliveries.

Great quality and fit, would like a bit more stretchiness, maybe future design will be ;) Great exchange feature.

Impossible to return/exchange! The return portal doesn't work and the customer service is non existent! I've sent dozens of emails and not 1 single reply! Avoid as sizing is all over the place and the quality is really poor, and you won't be able to return your order

My experience with this company has had its ups and downs with my refund being delayed.
However, a customer service representative called Charlie was nothing but helpful once they found out about the issue it was resolved within 3-5 days!
Along with a complimentary pair of scrubs as an apology.

The scrubs themselves were a lovely material.

Absolutely awful experience with this company and will never use them again. I have spent £100 on 2 sets of scrubs and they have not arrived. On call have not responded to my email to confirm where my delivery has gone and have not refunded me the money owed. Do not buy from this company!

A heads-up on sizing first: these run extremely small. I normally wear XS (EU 34), so I sized up and ordered S to be safe – yet the S was so tight I couldn't get into it at all. The fabric quality and colours are genuinely good, but the fit is way off, so I'd strongly recommend sizing up.

The bigger problem has been the exchange. I needed a simple S → M swap (same style and colour) and paid the £24.95 managed-return fee. I was told the FedEx pickup would be arranged "as soon as possible" – yet weeks later there's still no pickup, no tracking, and no updates unless I chase it myself.

Good materials let down by inaccurate sizing and a return process that stalls completely once you've paid. I'd think twice before relying on their exchange service.

Excellent quality scrubs and a great overall experience. The material is soft, comfortable and feels premium. The fit is great and they are perfect for long shifts. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and everything arrived exactly as expected. I would definitely purchase from OnCall London again.

Very disappointing experience with OnCall London.

We never received our package and, despite several attempts to contact the company, we have never received a proper response. We have been waiting for a refund since January 2026, and it is now June 2026. After all these months, the issue remains unresolved.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. We expected either delivery of the package or a prompt refund, but neither has happened.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. Be very cautious before placing an order.

I've tried hard to like my new OC scrubs but they're just so uncomfortable.
Quick arrival and easy to order but the fit makes them irritating.
The waistband for a start is massive and the elastic within the waistband seems too big so it constantly curls over which means I spend all day fidgeting with them trying to line it back up but it just continues to curl over and we repeat that process throughout a long day.
The cuffs of the joggers and the lower leg feel twisted all the time. Sizing is fine and I ordered based on their size chart.

Whole the material is composed of the same as FIGS hiwever they feel a lot different, more ?brittle?
I wish I had returned them but I've tried hard to give them a chance but I feel for the price quality isn't there and they aren't worth it.
I'll be paying that bit (not much more actually) extra and stocking with FIGS next time.

As a 1st time purchaser I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the scrubs and even more so by the comfort. The navy colour is awesome too!
I’ve finally found the scrubs that give ultimate comfort, a great fit and stay looking smart until the end of a long shift!

Fraudulent service. Shame - as they are great products, with non-existent customer service. Ensure you purchase via credit card so you can file a charge back if needed, as the service is nothing short of fraudulent & in breach of consumer rights if you need returns/replacements.

Their lack of responses and refusal to supply tracking number for a replacement we’ve waited weeks for, has now impacted our new clinic’s launch date. No care or accountability - and other reviews have had the same experience.

Being reported for fraud, as not providing the service required to meet legislation and basic business support.

I love these scrubs- this is my 4th set! They fit my shape perfectly- a curvy size 12. I wear a size L top and bottom and they're a great fit.

I request to return the item a ew days ago.

It's been 1 week since the expected date of delivery and I haven't received the product yet and no proper updates.

They don't reply on your emails if you want exchange or return.
Don't order it is a scam.
