Schedule Once is so easy to use! We use it for all of our teams scheduling needs. The ability to assign others to edit pages also adds reliability to our products in the event that there is someone who is either on Vacation or out sick during these trying times. We love the customizability of our licenses/pages and wouldn't trust any other product!

Great service, their customer support team are very responsive and they guide me through their systems when I need some help. I have used Schedule Once for a few years now and this is the calendar I always recommend to my coaches to use.

Excellent tool. It offers great flexibility to incorporate various calendars and especially when you add Zapier to the equation the possibilities are limitless.
It takes some time to understand the workings, but once you have that, it is a worry free asset from that point on

I keep having issues and overlaps even though the staff are very helpful. The problem actually resulted from a lack of synchronisation between the ical and google calendar.

My employee was having a rough time connecting ScheduleOnce to her Outlook. I offered to contact support for her since she was busy and got Jignesh as my support agent. He was awesome, quick to respond, and super friendly. Turns out, we were using an outdated app integration that we didn't need, and I had already connected her ScheduleOnce account through Office oAuth and it was working the whole time. Jignesh alleviated any doubts I had when he went out of his way to test my employee's booking, and made sure it went through to her. Thanks Jignesh!

I have been with schedule once since 2017. They are very reliable. I don't have issues with double booking and any errors have been human (my) errors.

I was looking to find a way to schedule multiple people in the same time slot. I decided to use their live chat support to see if I could get some quick help adjusting the settings. Oncehub's live chat support got back to me promptly with very clear directions! Pretty intuitive platform once one gets the hang of it. Of course I reached out asking for help (because I was in search of a quick resolution) but with enough time and digging, I think one can find what they're looking for.

I tried a lot of scheduling software options. There were some more simple to use, but not compared to the flexibility that oncehub offers!
