I really like OnceHub

I really like OnceHub. It's very user-friendly and largely intuitive. The dashboard is clear, quick and easy to navigate and the setup is flexible. I highly recommend OnceHub!

Helpdesk Support is like snail mail

The time it saves us is great!
However, using the software is not easy
Helpdesk support is a chat bot. If they cannot help you in the chat bot, plan on waiting a week for resolution (Who does that?). I'm beyond disappointed and currently planning working to transition to another provider.
Update 12/22 8:53am: We now have a meeting scheduled with the developers for 12/28.
Update 12/22 8am: See helpdesk Ticket 88323 it's been open 12/3 It started with a help chat bot. When they couldn't resolve I met with someone on 12/8 who also could not resolve the issue. I then began receiving emails asking that I provide the same exact information provided on 12/3. I provide the information again and nothing.
The issue dates back a quite a few months and could of been resolved with a video conference between our engineers and their developers. OnceHub has competent support people but a horrible structure for issues that require escalation.

Just an update. It is now February 10, 2022 and our issue still has not been resolved and I feel like they just don't get it.

UPDATE: issue finally resolved.

The best support team ever!

Let me start by saying that it is rare for me to leave reviews, but this team deserves 7 stars!

The support I received while still using the free version is beyond amazing.

I found it tricky to navigate within the platform when I just signed up, but these guys were literally a message away.

Special thanks to Evan O'Connor who was so patient while helping me to set the account on a call, as well as Saabirah Mohamed, Arup Das, Jignesh Sharma, Rajat Samantrai, Namrata Waikar who supported me via email in the best possible way.

terrible service, no follow up and unstable product

I am looking for a new caledanr booking system. We have spend upwards of 1000 US a month pre covid and we are not happy. Their service is terrible. They take multiple messages to get back to me. At one point the SMSes weren't going through and it took multiple requests to get the credits refunded. My customers of my customers are getting the emails that are being sent. I have sent 4 follow-ups with no response- Thanks Dorethea who does not respond to any messages. Have you guys looked at your rating?? This is why? There are multiple times my staff/customers' calendars disconnect mid-booking.

Well the free trial was good but then...

Well the free trial was good, I like the idea however the free version is a complete mind&%$· and left me feeling exhausted and drained even after the helpful chathelp and lengthy how to
The lengthy how to with helpful pictures didnt help as I couldn´t get past step 2 as it forever repeated I needed to upgrade.
No patience left, disappointed and going to try Calendly.
Appreciative of the quick reply here from oncehub. I was already migrated and setup in under 5 minutes to the other platform, sorry it didn't work out, I agree 1star was too harsh for great service overall but the review was for recent experience. You will always be in mind

I am a client of ScheduleOnce since Sept. '12

I was, thankfully, an early adopter when it came to scheduling software, as I was introduced to another company in 2010 but that company was acquired and the product was sunsetted. I was on a hunt and found ScheduleOnce in September of 2012. I've had consistent performance and hundreds and hundreds of compliments from clients of mine on how easy it was to schedule a call with me. Along the way I have signed up for trials from other vendors to test them out but have never stopped using ScheduleOnce, as the solution is superior. With the new add-on of ChatOnce the compliments from clients are even more plentiful and the user experience on my website has improved significantly.

I highly recommend ScheduleOnce and ChatOnce as your go-to scheduling system.

I installed the ChatBot on my website…

I installed the ChatBot on my website and to my great surprise, I instantly began getting leads! I used to have an icon for people to send me an email in the same place on the site. I rarely (almost never) got an email from that icon. I replaced it with the ChatBot and I'm very pleased to say that I am now getting interaction with people on my site. Who knew!?! Highly Recommend using this tool on your website so that people will interact and connect with you.

Terrible onboarding and customer service

We are new customers, multiple users at our firm. My co-worker and I were not able to get everything to link properly. There is no customer service, you have to add your question on contact us then they email you back an answer that is not helpful. When you push back they send you a link for a calendar for you to schedule a 15 minute call.
My co-worker scheduled a call, that person was not very helpful they ended up flying through setting up things for her and the firm. Her calendar is working properly however the firm and my calendar is not. I believe they set it up improperly.
I tried to get a hold of them, I scheduled a zoom call, I was on a few minutes late and the screen just states waiting for host to let you in. I contacted the individual that I was scheduled with and they said I was too late and I have to reschedule. Unbelievable, I can't believe we are paying for this horrible service. We utilize many different software addons at my firm, this one by far has the worst onboarding and customer service.

I just had the worst chat experience…

I just had the worst chat experience ever on a website so wanted to share feedback. Friendly chat invited me to ask a question. As soon as I did, the response was "nevermind" and chat was blocked. My question was whether teams can show customers a combined calendar or not. Basic question. Can't find an answer on the website so reasonable to ask through chat. Here is the transcript:

Absolutely love this platform for…

Absolutely love this platform for scheduling. My customers can easily access my calendar to find an available appointment that suits them. It is easy to use for them as well as myself to create a seamless way to keep business running smoothly and leave me more time to get work done without having as much administrative work to do.

Horrible program

Horrible program. Not user friendly at all. Trying to teach yourself any aspect of it is like pulling teeth. Their support team is only available for 15 min at time. I had an issue that would have taken at least an hour if not more & they told me my time was up. I almost went back in and booked all of the 15 min slots to equal 2 hours. Definitely would not recommend it.

The support is horrible. The program works great, until you come across a problem. And then the customer support is virtually non-existent except for being told to what hours upon hours of videos. I'd be willing to pay three times what I'm paying now to have a phone number to customer support team that would answer my questions.

Valuable, essential tool for sales call bookings (and other appointments)

I use the ScheduleOnce product of OnceHub in my business to schedule sales calls, and manage distributing them to our team of sales reps. In short, I'm quite happy with it, and appreciate how many problems it solves for us. Their cost per license is a bargain compared to the value it provides.

Some of the things I like about it:

- The product integrates well with our complex, bespoke sales funnel and lead tracking. Has webhooks and integrations for even custom software that we write, as well as other services (Zoom, Wufoo forms, etc.)

- Great tools for distributing bookings to different sales reps according to different strategies (round-robin, priority, etc.), and quickly adding and removing people from resource pools.

- Easy to change setup/config on the fly. Those changes are applied on the live booking forms immediately; I've never been able to detect a delay.

- Excellent uptime. A friend who is also a business owner told me they experienced a brief outage once, however in six months of using it, we have never noticed it ourselves. 100% uptime is not attainable, but ScheduleOnce is pretty close to that so far.

I don't have anything negative to say about ScheduleOnce. It's a great value for any business who needs to book prospects on sales calls, and I'm sure for many other appointment-booking use cases also.

(Note that we have not used their other offering, InviteOnce, so I cannot comment on that.)

Renewal without notification nor approval

After 1 year of not using the service. OnceHub discounted from our credit card for renewing the service without sending us a 7 days prior notification.

When we claimed they said we have been using the service. Once we proved we haven't been using the service. They answered: Delete the account so you won't be charged in the future.

Definitely we will delete the account with all our information to avoid them taking money from the credit card without approval nor prior notification!

I was suppose to have a schedule…

I was suppose to have a schedule meeting with another writer asking for a 30 min conference call meeting. I was home waiting for it & it never came in. I have more to do to sit around & wait for something that doesn't come in. An email came in after I was suppose to already have the conference & still nothing. They have my phone number. If they do not answer my email, then I'm going to go to the FTC & letting people know on Linkedin what is going on. It came in my junk. I'm getting tired of cleaning up the mess someone else creates.

We were recommended by OnceHub as an…scheduling app.

We were recommended by OnceHub as an option for meeting scheduling. Convinced this was the best solution, we immediately subscribed. After watching 4 hours of "how-to/ help" videos, we still couldn't figure out how to implement what we needed. Scheduled an online meeting, they didn't call and yet claimed they did. I didn't even have a subscription for a month before realizing that NOTHING was going to work for us, yet refunds aren't given. Difficult implementation, poor customer support, and inability to back their product gives me no option but to leave the poorest review.
