Would give 0 stars if I could!! I took out pay monthly insurance, paid a deposit larger than the monthly instalments and 12 days later had to sell my car. Tried to cancel and they told me I had to pay £50 to cancel, which would be a total of £90+ for 12 days insurance (monthly rate was £36). They cancelled the policy and took another £115. So for 12 days I paid over £165. I’ve never paid that much for insurance over such a short space of time, not even in my first year as a new driver! I had to sell the car due to my financial situation and they’ve just made the whole thing worse and caused unnecessary stress. Avoid this company unless you want to be robbed in emergency change of circumstances!

Shocking! I made a mistake saying I had one years more no claims than what I originally had. I was then charged extra by a considerable amount making my insurance more expensive than any other alternative in the first place. So from my insurance last year I’ve now paid considerably a lot more.

I was also placed into a Que of 63 people in the online chat, shocking. What a nightmare.

Well for the first time they actually did what I asked, although despite me saying my not renewing was non negotiable they still tried to negotiate. I was told I'd get an e-mail confirmation with 48 hours and 72 hours later I still haven't got it, but it does appear on the portal that the renewal is not being taken automatically so as long as the money doesn't go out of my account we'll not part on acrimonious terms.

It took awhile for someone to answer, but when they did, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Seriously, avoid these crooks.
Absolute disgrace of a company. No method of contact other than via online web chat, argumentative staff, staff members refusing to log complaints without me first providing a resolution… Yes that’s right I’ve log a complaint and then have to provide what resolution I would like before they’ve even done an investigation. Pester the life out of you for needless information, apply charges left, right and centre and frankly, the obnoxious staff are just hideous to deal with.

Had to contact one click about my renewal Mia talked me through a new quote and helped me understand what I needed to do and explained it all, she was very patient and helpful, I got a price I could agree with and happily agreed to renew my policy so all good and am staying for another year thanks for your patience and help answering my questions

Very difficult and time consuming to contact them and to cancel the insurance. The agent however was helpful.

Staff member, Jack “JT3 (it/is)”was very helpful via the chat bot. Jack helped me with my policy and my portal and was clear and thorough

I was having a lot of trouble logging in the agent sorted it all at me in about 2 to 3 minutes it’s all working now thank you to the agent

Bought a new home policy through comparison site as the policy and price were right however the comparison site had used some outdated details and the updated details I thought I asked it to use didnt filter through to the insurer site upon purchase, spoke with agent LH1 on chat contact us rea of portal and she sorted it quickly, politely and answered my question on the policy and all is now correct - easy to use.

Too long a wait and couldn’t get an updated quote for a potential new vehicle without being to go back to the portal

Tyler resolved my query via the chat, and I was able to log in to the portal and renew shortly afterwards. I didn't give five stars because I had to wait a long time in the chat queue. Also, it would be helpful if the renewal price given was the best actual price instead of making the customer contact the company to see if a better price is available.
