I sold my car and bought a used car of roughly the same value and engine size. You quoted me 50% more than my current policy, which I obviously refused, especially since other insurance companies offered to match the policy I currently have with you. I asked you to cancel, but you said you couldn't unless I paid almost all the outstanding fees for the full year—even though I'd sold the car. So I cancelled the direct debit instead, as I believe this is unreasonable, particularly given that I currently pay you two months in advance. If anything, I'm owed money back!

I had an issue that needed resolving, and I was very pleased with the help and support I received from the insurance company. TJ2 was extremely helpful, understanding and professional throughout the whole process.

She took the time to listen to my situation, understood my concerns and did everything she could to help resolve the problem. It was refreshing to speak to someone who genuinely cared and made the whole experience much easier.

My query regarding cancelling my motor insurance policy was quickly and efficiently dealt with by agent FS7. He was polite and very helpful. Very good customer service!

The person on live chat, unfortunatly there is no way to talk to a actual person, was efficient and helpful. My insurance quote went nearly double and although she did her best could not lower it enough. Seems to be the trend cheap first time then a catch up Forcing one into perpetual moving

After having to spend ages on call trying to change car details and pay difference, hit technical issues. Want to thank Sienna for her calmness and support to get this resolved was ready to throw in the towel. Have remained only due to her care and diligence. Till this policy has run its course . After that time who can tell . But remaining due to her care and support.

Terrible company. Sharp practice. They failed to check my no claims properly then simply told me they would take an extra £40 plus. This is for their failure to obtain information.

Horrific 'Chat with us' - the only way to communicate with them. Unacceptably slow and ponderous system.

i text and changed my car a month ago thought sorted but didnt hear no more i checked my DD and found i was still being charged previous amount from a bmwx6 to a ford ecosport 1.0 i then went on line to see my car hadnt been changed from before still old car i then went on line to change to my new car was charged costs to change over and reset the reason i got was i dindt to agree to swaping my old car for the new one ? surely if i changed details n rang n put new ones in that would of been taken for me changing cars !

Absolutely dreadful experience.

I contacted One Click ahead of my renewal because I believed I needed to update my correspondence address. I made it clear that my parking/garaging address would remain the same. During the conversation I was informed that changing the correspondence address would alter the premium. I explained that correspondence address is separate from the risk address and does not affect the rate.

While we were still discussing this point, the advisor abruptly ended the chat. The next day I discovered that the advisor had changed my address on the system without my final permission.

When I phoned to rectify this, instead of assisting me, I was repeatedly told I was wrong and that the increased premium would stand. I asked to speak to a manager. Because my correspondence and parking addresses differ for personal reasons, the manager insisted the advisor had acted correctly, claimed I had requested the change, and refused to restore the original renewal price.

When I asked simply to keep the original address and correct the error, the supervisor began questioning where I lived, why the addresses were different, and implied suspicion. The tone became intimidating and accusatory.

At that point I requested immediate cancellation due to the unprofessional conduct of all involved.

A deeply upsetting and deeply unprofessional experience.

Rude customer service, ended up chat in the middle of conversation.

Well we got there in the end, Rabiah was pretty prompt at sorting things out. Navigating the one click site is a bit of a chore and it seems some areas aren’t accessible when you want certain information, this could be intentional by the company for obvious reasons, that said all good now.

Once I got to speak to Rabiah K the service was great. Trying to navigate the chat box was a nightmare. Would have liked a number just to be able to phone and speak to a person that would have been better.
