I made an enquiry about my car insurance, it was dealt with quite quickly, understood well and changes were made. The guy was very helpful, polite and my experience deserved 5*.

I spoke today with one Click insurance and the only issue I have I would prefer to speak on the phone rather than messaging with the person I messaged with managed to sort out everything I needed and was prompt and accurate with everything I needed this was SM5 thank you

Was able to resolve and pay outstanding balance through the chat service. All went well.

Unfortunately it took me over an hour to figure out how to renew my insurance after getting a better renewal price. The app didn’t work and the chat line was extremely slow. You need a proper call centre. I know it’s expensive but you need a find a way to make it work.

Bit of a long wait to get connected. But Jenny L (JL9) was very patient explaining.

I spoke to Anaïs H AS3 to discuss alternative quotes which where £50 cheaper on the same basis.
Anais came back with a quote to match them and I have confirmed I will renew with one click.
She was very patient and sometimes speaking to a person would speed up the process.

Very easy and all my questions and concerns were answered. JP3 was very efficient and on the ball. It was very reassuring as being a senior lady I find navigating the internet a channel so chatting a acceptable quote was arrived at.

I am never happy being unable to speak to a person, however I found the live chat easy to use. And everything was explained in lay man's terms.

Renewed my policy following Web chat with Dylan.

I put 3 stars because I told them that my car is off the road and I have to pay to cancel so otherwise happy with the service

they advertise cheap insurance to get you in and then email over that they are upping your insurance as the risk details are wrong. They do not give you any information as to why just up it. If you want to cancel even in the cooling off period they try to charge you £50. they add a premium of £88 as well as upping which is including £44 admin fee, which is laughable as ive already paid the admin fee when i first got the insurance.

turns out the reason for change was due to a non fault claim dating back to November 2021. customer service is a joke to and no help at all.

i would never get insurance with this company if you dont want them to change the goalposts and then charge you to cancel it after shafting you

Cheapest price online,but, when I reviewed the policy it had the house rebuild about £80000 less than it should be.
It misleadingly said up to a max of £1000000 which i knew would cover it easily.
I went on the online chat and informed them that I wanted the price adjusting and also that I was informing them I was installing solar panels and asked for it to be noted on the policy.
She said there would be a cost to the uplifted house rebuild price and didn't answer me regarding the solar panels.
I have received a new policy with the correct rebuild upgrade, but, no mention of solar and no mention of how much the extra charge was.
So, now I'm left not knowing and possibly not insured to the correct amount!
First time with one click and probably the last.
Ok, i have since been on the chat with another agent who assures me that my solar panels are included in the price and there is no extra charge for upgrading the rebuild price.
If the first agent would have been as clear and efficient then I wouldn't have had to rant !

I was not going to renew my car insurance policy as I had a cheaper quote from another agent but by using the One Click chat line I was offered an improved quote with the same conditions which I accepted.
All very straightforward and no waiting. Impressed.
