So easy to change my vehicle insurance today.
AW1 was very helpful with Live Chat and understood everything I required and explained the process.

At first I found it hard to try and talk to someone but then I found the live chat,but a real person is much better than live chat in my opinion,the person who delt with me was very helpful and did a great job sorting the problem out for me.but the only downside was no person to person talk that's a shame

TJ1 looked after my issues with a 1st class service. Everything was sorted within 10 minutes of contacting. Very pleased with everything from start to finish.

I spoke to SP6 today she sorted out my query really quickly and was very helpful nothing was to much trouble

Usually excellent! Not as friendly or helpful as when I had my car insurance with them six months ago. Par for the course these days, unfortunately!!

My wife has a bmw 1 series and wants to change to a Ford focus. She has 4 months to run on her one click policy and they have said they won’t cover the change but would offer a new policy at 30% more in premiums !! Ridiculous. No claims no changes just the car. We won’t deal with them again

I have tried all day to cancel my motor policy on renewal. The portal system goes round and round and I have still not been able to cancel my policy. Has anyone else suffered this anguish ? There is no telephone number to hold a conversation and the chat line keeps going back to the portal. Not amused !!

I was able to make the changes I needed without waiting on a phone call for hours. The changes were all made immediately as I had requested them.

On the downside, I couldn't make the changes myself, as it's a new vehicle that I'm picking up tomorrow and I'm unable to make changes in the future. I also couldn't find where to change my address. Overall, happy with the experience and costs.

I’ve tried fo 90 minutes to cancel my policy with no joy whatsoever. It seems like an evading way to make me pay a new policy, Shocking service

Co4 was excellent very quick and very helpful taking the time to look into all the options. Would hope all my future chats are that easy 👍🏻
