Great company. I was notified as soon as the liquorice was back in stock. I ordered three bags on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. Couldn’t be happier and neither could the recipient. Would definitely order from them again.

I made an order from One Pound Sweets and was delighted with the delivery time, the price and of course the sweets i received.

First time ordering from this company. My order got lost through the courier. I had to email the company to see where my order was and then to be notified that it had been sent back to the company. I had to chase for a status and a refund and had a generic email saying “ once we receive your order back you will be refunded as per our refund policy

Bad customer service and didn’t even try to rectify the situation. Only when I emailed again asking to be notified of when to get my refund did they respond.
Would not recommend this company at all. Terrible communication

Easy to order, quick delivery, very good value for bulk

Delivered very quickly. Relatively cheap for delivery and products. Good quality of products. All nutritional information and allergens on packaging. No misconceptions that I noticed.

Worst company I have dealt with, no customer service standards what do ever. Ordered 4 boxes if snaps for a party, and saw updates from Evri saying they had received parcel, but too big yi drliver in standard vehicle, they would keep me updated. Had to chase the company and told they had a problem with trailer and stick got damaged and should be with me in 72 hrs, however evri notified they delivered, and one pound sweets cancelled my order and dud not refund the delivery charges. I questioned this and response was you returned the order. I asked for a managers name and response was I am the owner and you won't get any further refund/response. Will never buy from thus supplier again...avoid them at all cost

In response to reply from company...it was returned by the carrier, due to being too big...not my problem but yours...so I paid for delivery of something that was never delivered to me... get my point.?? People will see the level if response I am getting from you reply. You made ni attempt to try and get it delivered to me!

Although I ordered a box of sweets on Monday 30 September as of 5 October they have not arrived. The tracking link is singularly unhelpful wih no details of an expected delivery date. The item was delivered on 7 October a week after it was ordered.

Hasn't arrived yet and cant get hold of anyone to find out what is happening with this. This order is now urgent!!

BEWARE!!!
To say I'm very disappointed with their after sales service is an understatement.
I ordered X amount of sweets only for part of the order arriving.
I contacted them and they offered (although yet to receive)a partial refund.
This then made the order more expensive per item due to p+p costs remaining the same which I wasn't happy about and told them so.
They more or less said like it or lump it and we won't be offering you a refund or return postage costs. Very arrogant and unprofessional of a company that deals with the public.
I will never order from them again & will not recommend them to anyone.
Well done One Pound Sweets for being the worst dealings I've had with a company.
One only has to read the other reviews and their obnoxious replies, says it all.

I was looking for Smiths Snaps crisps and found this site with a very good deal and received delivery in good time! Will definitely order again!

Obviously I can hear from the tone of the email you’re not happy bit neither am I . It is your choice to use Amazon delivery not mine so perhaps you could check with them

I bought some large gold coins in preparation for Christmas. I emailed to confirm the size of the coins, but was disappointed that when they arrived they are smaller than stated and the image is different to that used on the website. I contacted them to say I wished to return but was told I could but wouldn't be refunded for delivery costs, either to me or to return. As this was mis advertised, I believe they should have rectified this for me without cost.

This was my first order with the company. I was a little apprehensive because of some negative reviews. However my experience was good. Delivery was as expected - after a few days.
I was pleased with all the products ordered. The best before dates for the crisps were all November or December so I did not experience the problem of some reviewers.
I will order again without the same concerns.
