One packet of cadbury snowballs were open so may want to check other packets the seam at the back in the middle had came away sweets were loose in the box.

The crisps arrived badly crushed and…
The crisps arrived badly crushed and reduced to crumbs with the bags burst and the crumbs spilling everywhere. I took photos and swept up the crumbs. They refused to refund saying the crumbs could be eaten! Most were dust and the ones that weren't were soft where the bags had been open. Would not use again.

Skittles Varieties
Wanted this range of Skittles as a surprise birthday present as you can’t readily get them in the shops and was amazed by the variety available. Also the prices and service was excellent, would highly recommend them !

I emailed the ‘help desk’ but the customer service is dreadful and rude

We don't offer return labels like nearly every online store now. You need to return yourself if you don't want them.

Hopeless, courier couldn't find my address said my address doesn't exist even though my premises have been 60/70 years so won't be ordering again and I have to wait for refund even though this was all the couriers fault not happy
