Bought a double gate, very straightforward, items arrived on time. Mike and the OSG team were super helpful with some issues we had with installation.

The whole process was very straight forward. I purchased double gates, side gate and associated posts and hardware etc. No installation, though this was offered and advice given as well.

I was missing a hinge cover and this was very promptly sorted too.

I was looking for a while to find the right driveway gates and liked Onlinesecuritygates as they had some good feedback unlike others.
Mike promptly answered a couple of queries by phone and email. Delivery was just over two weeks from order and everything was spot on.
I've today hung the gates and am really pleased, everything seems excellent quality and I am sure ill be back again for matching pedestrian gates.

Had the gates for over two years now and they still look great apart from a small problem with the paint on the handle. Contacted the company and within hours Mike had sent out replacement handle. Sorted!!

We have ordered two gates with OSG after the council damaged our first one during street works. Mike and the team have been fully supportive and helpful throughout the process of replacing our gate. We love the product, looks great, easy to maintain and is secure - look forward to receiving our second order and having a functioning pedestrian gate again!

Mike seems to be permanently available, pleasant and helpful in discussing details and responding to emails. Gavin removed our collapsing wooden gates, dealt with the awkward site and fitted the new gates expertly. He is also very friendly and helpful.
We will be using Onlinesecuritygates again when we replace a side gate next year.

Nice quality gates great service and price £2300 delivery also great.
Most annoyingly the installers are here the gate stop is not in with the kit. Extra hinges to cover floor mount are but no stop. Called Mike as installers are here . I think if I had ordered a stop he would have helped , when realised I hadn’t he just said 3-5 days . Pretty disgusted really as a small cheap item is going to delay the install . So make sure you order a stop if you need one . Most gates do.

The product quality and service from On-line Security Gates has been really excellent. We fitted our pedestrian gate in a morning (we are both over 70) and it fitted perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer support and the products are great too. At one stage durng the installation of the gates we lost a hinge, Online Security Gates sent another at no cost and followed up to ensure that we received the additional hinge. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from this company. They talked me through exactly what I needed for the gate space. They were even able to support the engineer I had employed to fit the gate when he came across a hitch at my end. I am extremely happy withy my gates both function and appearance.

Love our new gate as my parents wanted to build a wall and install a gate for access. Really happy with the overall finish and colour of the aluminium pedestrian gate. The builder that installed the gate likes it so much he is also going to order one for himself too. I highly recommend this company.
