I purchased a set of driveway vertical infill aluminum gates in black powder coating and when they arrived I couldn't believe how sleek and smart they looked. Because they were being converted to electric opening gates I explained to the company that I needed extra strong steel posts and they were very helpful in explaining what I needed and supplied the gate caps and fixings which arrived with the gates. Every one of my neighbours has said how beautiful my drive looks now with these very impressive gates at the side of my house. I'm absolutely delighted as they were easy and light to handle, easy to fix and easy to convert to electric opening with an underground electric system. The company were very helpful each time I called them and I felt as if they cared about me and my gates. Even the delivery men were helpful so thank you On Line security gates for a great product and a helpful service.

Excellent gates.
We love our new gates and they weren't particularly difficult to fit, if you're half decent at a bit of DIY and have the right tools.
We had them fitted within a few hours and they look gorgeous.
A special praise to the delivery driver who even gave some longer fixings as I was fitting through a batton into the wall to fix ours and he couldn't have been more helpful.

Fantastic service and product. Aluminium Pedestrian gate delivered quickly. When I broke a part (my fault, not faulty kit) & phoned up to explain they sent out a new part without charging me & were so helpful. New part arrived next day & I've installed it correctly this time! Gate looks fantastic, fits well. Always got good service every time I phoned up even when I was just at the enquiry stage. Very happy thanks.

Excellent from start to finish....
We were on a tight schedule as we were having some landscape work done, the gate being an integral part.
The gate was delivered on time at the beginning of January, despite COVID and Christmas.
The quality is excellent and it looks great.
You can often judge a company by the way it deals with problems. In our case when the builder came to fit the gate yesterday, one of the handles had been incorrectly included, the builder came up with a work around.
This morning, (literally the next day), Paul, from the company arrived on the North Yorkshire coast as promised at 08:30 with the correct handle which he’d fitted by 08:40. Problem solved!
What more can I say - amazing service and as I said it looks great.

Mike from online security gates is a credit to the industry. We had been let down by another supplier on many levels and Mike and his team stepped in and delivered our gate within the timeframe at a favorable price. A really nice bloke too, who cares about what he does. Amazing

We purchased a pedestrian gate and double swing gates. From the beginning to the end of the process the customer service & delivery was excellent. The aluminium gates are light in weight, very well made, look wonderful & excellent value for money. Most of all very easy to keep clean & maintain. After installation we found the lock on the gates was faulty. The fault was reported to the customer service team who immediately apologised and sent a replacement lock. Excellent service/product & would certainly recommend this company/product.

Great after sales service by Michael and the team. I ordered the wrong size pedestrian gate and they collected it and customised it with no fuss and at minimal cost. They were even helpful enough to discuss how to fit the gate and posts on multiple occasions with me! Many thanks again, it’s a high quality product and looks great!

I had originally planned to buy timber driveway gates but after much deliberation decided that no matter how well made they were, they would probably still warp and twist over time. I happened to come across Online Security Gates whilst doing a google search. It turned out they could offer an aluminium gate that resembled oak timber. I had quite a few queries which Michael Ross dealt with in a very friendly and professional way; he had the patience of a saint. I duly ordered the gates even though I had some reservations as you're never quite sure what you might get with certain internet based companies. I need not have worried. The gates arrived within the specified timeframe, in fact I think they arrived a day early. I have to say I made the right decision. The gates look fantastic, are maintenance free and are admired by all my neighbours who can't quite believe they are not timber. Overall 10 out of 10. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Whilst this Company visited to do a survey, they came in with extra costs than originally quoted. They originally quoted £500 for installation of a pedestrian gate, they added £10 to this. Whilst this is nominal and I wouldn’t argue over this, they then quoted an extra £80 plus for alterations. Whilst they perhaps could justify the modifications to some extent, they then demanded the whole payment upfront, including installation cost which was not acceptable to me or I would think anyone. I believe this Company doesn’t know how to build trust or customer relationships. They expected me to pay everything upfront and who knows if they would actually deliver! Their terms state all payments up front. This was not acceptable to me.
