My order never shipped. I sent 3 emails to the company to check the order status and never received a reply. I finally received a refund after stating that I'd report the charge to my credit card company in the third email. Terrible customer service.

I have not received my formula as it is hung up in customs. The reason given was "Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity." It has been over a week and now I don't trust the quality of this formula given that it has not been stored properly. I've reached out to the company and have not received a response.

I never received my parcel and have not had any replies to my emails asking where it was/requesting a refund.

Terrible haven't gotten anything nor any response this is a scam website was charged for apparel and not baby formula scam website am having bank dispute charges as you guys are zero help thanks for making me wait longer on the formula we need if you do go to little formula or organic formula this place is a pos scam no better then the Indian call centers

It's been over 2 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet. I sent 2 messages and haven't received an update as to what's going on. Would love to hear back and hear they are at least working on it. Not upset, just frustrated.

I have not received any updates about my order. I ordered my formula last week and still have not received it. I sent an email and have not received a response

Update: It has already been a month and still no news about my formula. I will be contacting to get a refund.

I love this formula! It's a healthy alternative in between breastfeeding

It been a while ! I have not received anything yet! I can’t even check where is my package due to websites doesn’t shows English ! Plus I try to e- mil or chat with only formula but no one ever answers me ! I just want the stuff that I paid for ! Why is it so hard

Unresponsive to 4 emails about my order, after 11 days still no shipping information and I was eligible for expedited shipping.

I was disappointed and maybe its because of the holiday season this occurred so I will give the company a break.

Great vegan product! Great ingredients - no high fructose corn syrup or any GMO ingredients.
