Good news though — our tracking shows your parcel was delivered two days ago, so it should be with you now. Because your order travelled all the way from Australia, the journey takes a bit longer than a local delivery, and we know the wait can feel longer than expected.

If for any reason you haven't physically got it in hand, just drop us a message with your order number and we'll chase it up straight away and make sure you're looked after.

I put in my order on May 14th, still not here

I put in my order on May 14th. It's been 10 days and still no shipment. So much for express 2-4 business day shipping. I had to go buy another formula. Will be looking to return the shipment as soon as I get it, that's if ever get it.

Poor customer experience

Poor customer experience. My package has been delayed for over two weeks with no meaningful support or ownership of the issue. Communication was polite, but no actual solution was provided. I had to order elsewhere and received the same product within 3 days.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! I’ve been a customer of yours since 2024. I’ve never experienced such a delay in receiving the formula. There’s been a clearance delay for over 5 days with no solution other than it’s up to customs now. I realize that the package is not out of your hands, but there’s been no support that my baby is almost out of formula. No rush shipping to send 1 formula can over in the meantime. Not even a discount code for the next time to ease my anxiety about almost being out of formula. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

However, we would like to clarify that The Milky Box has no control over U.S. Customs. Once a package reaches the border, it is held under the jurisdiction of government authorities. These regulatory delays are mandatory procedures that, unfortunately, no retailer or carrier can bypass or influence.

Stuck at customs

I gave my experience 4 stars because my products got stuck at customs for longer than expected. Even after I payed the duty fee and it was released, it still took about 4 days to get to me from the FedEx depot that was only an hour away from me. I’m not sure if there was a reason it took so long but I wasn’t informed of any delays. Other than being stuck at customs, it did ship fairly quickly.

Good formula, shipping needs improvement

Formula seems legitimate, shipping was fast. PLEASE bubble wrap the formula inside the box, it always comes dented and sometimes the cap is broken from the transit.

My package has been stuck in customs…

My package has been stuck in customs for over a week. No one is getting back to me. I now have to order from another company. And dispute charge on my credit card. Absolutely never ordering from this site again.

It has been about 3 weeks and I have…

UPDATE: a refund was issued. Apparently the formula I ordered is out of stock, however I had to email several times to get any kind of response or update. Will not be ordering again but I am glad the issue has been resolved.

It has been about 3 weeks and I have not received my order. Tracking has not updated. I have reached out to the support team multiple times with no updates. I feel scammed.

BEWARE: No refunds or exchanges allowed!

My baby didn't tolerate the formula and I can't get a refund on a new case that was delivered. Asked for help cancelling the re-occuring billing and their instructions do not lead you to a subscription page. This company is a scam!

Milky Box your a Life saver. Literally.

Fast easy delivery and convenient ordering process. I chose kendamil for my babies after learning that the royal family uses kendamil to feed all their babies. My son was having severe gastrointestinal problems and i couldnt contiune to feed him the us formula and watch what it was going to him in his first days of life. It was horrible to watch and see. And so I went with it. And after researching the brand I was so glad I did. World renowned and award winning expertise in infant nutrition . I was so happy that I made the choice to switch from US formula to formula from the UK. My son improved like night and day after the switch his bowel movements regulated and he was no longer in pain and discomfort. Kendamil is amazing. I wish all moms in the US new about kendamil and the milky box. Before we couldn't find kendamil in the states and had to order it from over seas. So Thanks milky box.
