I have tried repeatedly to contact your customer service about recent order. I can't find a phone number. I have emailed the customer support link on website, no response!! If the customer service was better. I would try the product that I received, but now I'm suspicious whether their legitimate!!

I have been using the energy patches…
I have been using the energy patches for about a week and I really like them. I don’t feel jittery or like they are too much and I was worried about that. I am not as tired after work and In the evenings. I am going to continue the subscription delivery.

By design, our patches stay on for 12-24 hours if applied to a clean, dry patch area of skin (as directed on packaging). Poor customer service
The Onmi customer service definitely needs to be improved. I have attempted to reach them many, MANY times... and have not received a single response. The patches were not much help to me, sleep-wise; I refuse to do business with a company who happily takes your money, but doesn't provide customer responses in a timely manner... or, at all.

I tried to cancel this several times. Charged my account then finally let me cancel. Products do not work. Horrible customer service. Did not respond to my emails but sent me several to do this review. Do not reccommend.

With regards to subscriptions, as stated in the policy on our website, in order to get a discount off your first order, the subscription is for a minimum of 2 months and can not be cancelled before this date, which is why you may not have seen the option to cancel prior to the 2 month duration. However, we did see this was resolved on March 31st, and you subscription was canclled after the 2 month minimum period had passed. If you have any other questions or issues we can help to resolve, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I did end up getting a refund but only after going back and forth with the rep. They sent my order, complete with my name and address, to someone else. I know this because the rep sent me a picture that a stranger had sent in with all of my info. I was offered a discount code but it was less than the discount I had used when I first ordered and I was going to pay them more after they messed up. Do not recommend. Especially if you value your privacy.

As mentioned in our correspondance, we sincerely apologize for the mix up and had provided a full refund on the missing order 1 day after being contacted about the non-delivered shipment. With regards to the discount code, we did offer to provide one of greater value than what was utilized at the time of your original order, but received no response back.
