Hi Kim, we apologize that you had difficulty with cancelling your subscription. We do make sure to notify all customers in the first initial email and all subsequent emails for subscriptions that cancellations can easily be completed online through a link in the emails we send out with each renewed order, or through contacting our customer service team. We did see that you were able to self-cancel the subscription on February 1st. If there is anything else we can assist with or can help answer, please let us know.

Hi Keka, we apologize if you were unsatisfied with the product and your subscription plan. As stated on the policy for subscriptions on our website, in order to get a discount off your first order, the subscription is for a minimum of 2 months and can not be cancelled before this date, which is why you may not have seen the option to cancel. However, we did resolve this on January 28th and cancelled your subscription after the 2 month minimum period had passed. If you have any other questions or issues we can help to resolve, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team.
Disappointed
This product did not work for me or any of my friends—and we followed the instructions. We still had hangovers. What a waste of money.

I immediately got a migraine when i put on a patch. I am scared to put on any of the others I purchased. I looked and possible side effects of the top two patch ingredients included headaches. I took it off and I felt better within 30 minutes.

We take this feedback extremely seriously and so far, to date out of the thousands of patches we've sold, this has been the only negative review with symptoms as you've described.

Not for me but might work for others.
This doesn’t have anything to do with the service. Website was easy to follow, product arrived in a timely manner and so on. The product just didn’t work for me. I have been trying the energy patches for over a week. Sometimes I wear two of them and I feel nothing. It might work for others but for me personally it was a huge waste of money.

Hey Eric, I appreciate the feedback. With the energy patch, we've tried to strike a balance between constant energy levels, no crash and no over-stimulation. Obviously, a lot of what 'works' for a person has to do with their personal tolerance to products that provide energy. That being said, we're constantly trying new formulas to get it right and to cater to the widest range of customers. I'd love to have you as part of a test group for new energy formulas we're rolling out in the new year. I'll shoot you an email now.

I have tried repeatedly to CANCEL my subscription, emailing customer service, using the website and an order was sent out and I was charged anyway. This is very inconvenient, my emails were sent back to me . I did not find the product useful or potent enough to be effective in any significant way.

Hey Rosetta! If you send an email to info@onmipatch.com and my personal email sdc@onmipatch.com, I'll make sure this gets sorted. The subscription process is meant to be easy to start and easy to cancel!
Keep in mind, we set up the subscription option for raving fans, so that you do get a discount on the first order (and ongoing discount going forward), but there is a two order minimum. I always recommend you try whichever patch you want to try first (for the $9.99) before signing up for a subscription!
Regardless, hopefully we can get this sorted!

I've tried a few of these patches and this is the first one (Energy) where I actually felt energy all day. No jitters, just alert and awake. Will subscribe & try and replace coffee with these.
