The product was as described and it arrived, well packaged and in good time. When I phoned for assistance I was dealt with efficiently and politely.

Bought this to replace a harness I bought at the Bird Fair years ago. The old one strap fittings did not fit my mirror les Canon R7. New one fits fine and supports my ef100-400 mm comfortably. (perhaps a extra 6mm on the shoulder strap width would make it marginally better for big lenses)

Timely delivery, good tracking of order and package. Be aware of additional taxes and import from UK to Europe

One disappointment: I failed to notice that the product-description of monocular DBA VHD 10×42 had mentioned that it came included with felcro protective case, so in the same order I ordered a seperate protective case. This was totally surplus to need as unknowningly one was already included with the monocular. Won't put me off shopping again or recommending. I've learnt a lesson to thoroughly spend more time to examine fully the online product description before completing my purchase.
Delivery was impressively rapid and safe, excellent service.

Very pleased with this quality monocular , although only used a few times so far . Opticron were efficient in delivery , but I would suggest clearer deliver information on website as I had to ring to clarify , and were very helpful by phone .

I give four stars because marginal results are usually discarded. It should be five stars for quality, speed, and overall performance.
