Training with Optimus has truly been nothing less than life changing! From the first class training, to above any beyond attitude of everyone at Optimus, Ruth Kudzi and her amazing team have delivered way above expectation time an time again.

Not only have I been guided step by step to an amazing new skill (professional coaching Diploma) but Optimus offers support on all other aspects of being a coach and running a coaching business. PLUS the entire process has helped me grow no end as a person too!

I trained to be a coach with Optimus in September 2021 and I thorougly recommend it. The syllabus is wide, the trainers are wonderful and the whole course is designed to support you in every step of your journey to becoming ICF-accredited. Before I started training with Optimus I was enrolled in a CCE points programme only. Ruth from Optimus was so helpful and gave me the best advice to wrap up my coach education with the Associate Coach Diploma in order to achieve my ICF accreditation asap. I joined Optimus coach Academy in September 2022 after listening to Ruth kudzi podcasts series on her website.

After 8 months of intense training with 175 training hours attended, more than 100 hours of individual and peer coaching, individual and group mentoring sessions, I can confidently say that the training lived up to its promises.

The flexible training schedule outside of working hours allowed me to attend all training and mentoring sessions. The training sessions were interactive and insightful, facilitated by experienced and certified coach trainers.

Coaching Business mentoring sessions were also made available for all participants on a regular basis during the training period. I was able to access the e-learning platform for training session recordings, course content and best coaching practices.

The course content was rich and comprehensive with professional ethics, normative coaching models and evidence based advanced coaching models.

During the training, I was able to share my concerns and successes with my peer coaches and mentors in individual and group mentoring sessions. These interactions were also strengthened through our Facebook coaching community. These interactions will continue after the training through the Alumni Facebook community, various events and coaching supervision.

The optimus coach Academy administrative staff was very prompt in answering my administrative requests.The installment payment option available meant that I could spread the cost of my training over the duration of the course.

On a personal level, it has been a transformational experience because during the training, I was coached at least twice a week for a period of 8 months. I have explored so much during my time at Optimus with new insights about several aspects of my life and well-being. I have built solid coaching competences and developed a strong coaching mindset.

Optimus has equipped me to support my clients in achieving their full potential. I will be forever grateful for this transformational experience. I really enjoyed my professional coaching certificate with Optimus. Over 9 months we learned various models and tools to prepare fully as coaches. Having this variety was really important to me as I take the elements that suit me to build my own coaching style.

The staff at Optimus were always really helpful and supportive and every session is hosted by someone with real coaching experience happy to answer questions or guidance.

The training I received at Optimus Coach Academy was first rate. I appreciated the transparency, skill and dedication of all the tutors, each of whom was approachable and considerate; always, you felt you were in competent hands. Training with Optimus on their Professional Diploma course has been a genuinely incredible experience. I did training with Optimus back in 2021 and I have felt supported ever since. I finally completed last July due to personal circumstances where I was completely supported by my mentor.
The course is run by those with outstanding experience who are both relational and professional in approach. It is a hugely practical way to qualify, with tons of practise and feedback; exactly how it should be. I am now a fully-fledged coach, accredited by the ICF. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Prior to taking a coaching course that would prepare me for the ICF exam, I researched across the EU. Optimus stood out with a package that exceeded expectations. One year later, after having no coaching experience before, I am coaching in my organization and also coaching clients throughout the EU.

The course is well designed, cover multiple domains with very skilled facilitators. Everyone from key trainers to facilitators to administrators are very helpful. Classes and other requirement went as per the plan.
