This business makes grand promises but fails to meet the expectations of an ERP system. It lacks essential functionality, has long lead times, and comes with high costs. The support quality has steadily declined while the prices have continually increased. Without an in-house IT team, we depend on their support, which is only available during business hours.
Connor is very knowledgeable and helped us address issues we were facing.
The team were happy with the training we received.

Seems to be an ongoing theme with these reviews and can say I have experienced the same as the below, a poor level or service once the initial investment has been taken. We've recently swapped over website platforms and commissioned some "bespoke work" to run scripts (whilst still in support) Scripts were delivered and deemed working on test. Upon going live these scripts stopped working as they installed them on our old website server and we now continued to experience constant errors. As we're no longer in support contracts they won't speak to anyone about the issue even though their quotation for the bespoke work states upon acceptance we will sign off a completion document the scripts are working. We have not done this and therefore have paid the best part of an additional £2,000 with no product at the end. Functionality wise the system is okay, customer service has much to be desired.

We have had the Orderwise system for a few years now. The actual system is very good but the support is absolutely horrendous. The support package is extremely expensive and the support that you receive is chronically lacking.
Orderwise acknowledge this but still demand a ridiculous sum of money. This year we have decided not to renew our support with Orderwise and this because of their pathetic service levels. We would reluctantly renew the support, if the level of service was satisfactory.
Now we are hamstrung because Orderwise will not return phone calls or answer emails until we renew the support. They do not tell you this when you originally sign up with them. We now cannot arrange home access for our staff because Orderwise will not share the login details with our IT partners.
We are now in a position where we will have to write off the initial investment of the Orderwise system in order to move to a solution where the support is of an acceptable level. We find the ethics of this company to be very poor indeed.

Dave was an excellent training provider. He gave me an overview of the key modules within Orderwise, and then a deeper dive into the modules that I will be using specifically for my role.
The training was easy to follow and I was able to interject with relevant questions as and when needed.
Following training, I was provided with a recording of the training, so I always have it to refer back to if I need to. I was also happy to hear that I can raise a ticket for help with anything within Orderwise and there is also an extensive catalogue of online help how-to guides too, linked from the modules in Orderwise.

We have been using Orderwise for many years and can recommend the system and its services. Orderwise provides a modular and grid based system, which simplifies usually complex warehouse/office processes. Mez in Infrastructure and Projects has been invaluable with his extensive knowledge and willingness to help us grow and scale up!

We've just installed OrderWise, the software is good, the implementation and training team are great to work with and very helpful. Just be mindful that the quotation that you sign the contact based on is only viewed as the starting point when it comes to invoicing.

Shocking service! Sooooo frustrating to deal with! They have moved to a model where they send you instructions on how to sort your own issues out. Invariably the instructions aren't relevant as the issue hasn't been properly diagnosed. Royal Mail integration will only work on all Despatch Terminals if the warehouse manager has logged in to his lap top. If he is on holiday or ill we can't use Royal Mail, they have said this is a known bud and can be sorted with an update but then tried to charge us for the update!!!!. We have requested the EVRi integration, we are three weeks in and no-one has contacted me to let me know when this will happen despite me chasing several times. The Shopify integration is so rudimentary it's embarrassing. Commercial invoices print on courier label printers instead of A4 paper. We contacted them about this and we just got sent instructions on how to set up a new printer. We followed instructions but it still doesn't work. The replenishment module misses off some orders that need replenishment meaning we have to do an additional manual process to make sure all orders can be despatched. It is truly shocking software backed up by atrocious service. Our account manager just ignores emails and calls. We are desperately trying to get away from OrderWise. By far the worst part of Tech Stack. Definitely no good for ecomm. Stay away!!!!!!

We work with Joe for a lot of our reporting and layout developments and his work is always exceptional. Very good communication and always happy to call us if either end needs clarification. Very helpful and is extremely valued by us. Always goes above and beyond for us and we are always pleased to hear when he has our work in his queue!

Excellent training day. We have had the orderwise system in for a couple of years now and our training day today give us extra insight to more in depth functions with the orderwise system to progress further. We get so much more out of the on site training than trying to muddle through ourselves. Will be booking another day in, in the near future. Thank you Niall for your assistance today.

Excellent training from Niall Cartwright. Even though we have had our Orderwise software since 2021, he showed us new ways to approach how we utilise it and resolved issues we had been experiencing.

Ellie, despite no longer being involved in our live program, has an in-depth knowledge of the software and was able to demonstrate it with ease.
Her friendly approach meant that we were able to question her along the way to understand how the system would work better for us in practice.
She was on hand to provide extremely practical advice when others weren't. It shouldn't have come to us needing her, hence the 4 star review, but her service was second to none.

OrderWise are excellent to work with, I had a requirement for a new Plug-In to transfer data from OrderWise to another system. I'm certainly not a systems person but they made it so easy to go through to test, install and run on the live system. The Team are so helpful and very patient despite my constant questions. The guides OrderWise provide for all the system are so helpful and clear and makes life so easy.

When we initially went with Orderwise things went well, their implementation team are fantastic at what they do and very supportive.
As soon as we were handed over to general support things quickly went down hill, responses and resolutions were outside SLAs, the main software generally worked great but the integrations were flaky and prone to fail quite often. On a few occasions we had to work through the night to write our own programs to temporarily take over integration while we waited for Orderwise to fix or risk losing our eCommerce accounts.
After raising the issues a number of times things finally improved this year, support wasn't amazing but got much better than it was.
As soon as the Forterro (company who bought Orderwise) name started appearing in the email signatures things have gone rapidly down-hill. The quality of support dropped drastically yet they want to charge much more for a much reduced service.
Hosting costs have also increased significantly despite their hosting team now seemingly non-existent and us having weekly issues with our hosted server.
It is a shame as the core Orderwise software is decent but if you're a fast moving business who needs to turn around orders quickly then they really cannot be recommended while their support is this awful and slow.
