Did 4 days of product training with Dave. First and foremost, a very well mannered and understanding trainer who encouraged questions and interaction throughout to suit us. Clearly very knowledgeable on the product itself and on the rare occasion an answer could not be provided immediately, it was followed up in a timely manner. Absolutely no issues or concerns at all, would recommend!

We had a query regarding courier codes on our system and having these integrate with our courier labels. Hannah R was really helpful and sent us a full list of codes and a step-by-step of how to upload these within 24 hours. The issue has now been resolved thanks to Hannah and the courier labels are working as they should!

We had an issue with Proforma Payment on web. Hannah is very quick to respond and is very helpful.

The individual engineer in question, Michael Jackman, was first rate. Lighting fast to reply, efficient in his assessment and remediation of the issue and very patient whilst explaining what he was doing and why. The experience morphed into a quick training session whilst i watched him in action on my screen which i found very helpful in deed.

Lucy Spencer helped migrate our database!
I am really pleased with the professionalism Lucy has provided over the course of our test migration right through to go live. Lucy was a huge support when we we had our own internal IT issues and she liaised with our external IT support to ensure we kept on track with go live. Lucy even worked out of her own working hours!

We have just undertaken our training week with Orderwise. A very smoothly run week by Dave. He built a great rapport with all the members of the team and adjusted his delivery accordingly. Very thorough training but also tailored to our individual needs. Thank you and we move towards our go live date with confidence.

After going to one of their roadshows I’ve got a different view of OrderWise completely. I went expecting a sales pitch and ok there was a bit of that but overall the team didn’t shy away from what’s been going on. It was reassuring to hear the support issues acknowledged and what’s being done to sort them, let alone that they are open about work on this still to be done.
I spent time talking to other users at the event and also with management, it’s good to see they aren’t hiding away any more.
