Ric has written several reports for us over the years. He has the patience of a saint. Especially on this occasion. We have only started using BI Alerts recently and when the alert didn't appear to work - Ric called, talked me through a couple of checks and resolved the issue - always happy to help .

Did a site wide software update last night, clearly never checked it worked and now anyone who uses Orderwise cannot access the system since the update. They don't know what to he problem is and do not know how long it will take to fix. Do not use Orderwise, there has been no progression with this he software for a couple of years and the support has been reduced. It has become outdated and left behind by others
Fantastic support from Michael Jackman, helped resolve an issue with our scripts that stopped orders from importing. Fix was prompt and worked!

Our software system has a few alterations to it which are very specific to the way we operate, & when we needed assistance amending the Delivery Note/Delivery Note Copy, Joe went above & beyond to make sure the layouts both made sense and did not stop until they were complete. He's an absolute credit to the business!

He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Answered all our questions and more
Followed up with an email covering everything we went over. Has really helped enhance a feature we already had by building on more knowledge and allowing us to use it to its full potential

Fantastic training session by Dave Hamilton! Dave helped tidy up our operation to ensure that we were doing everything correctly after our initial launch. Dave was extremely patient and helped breakdown topics in an easy to understand way.
Dave is a very knowledgeable trainer, who not only has a depth of experience on the Orderwise system....but can understand the business issues, is cognisant of legacy systems and identifies the differences. Happy to recommend Dave as a pragmatic trainer.
We received great support and knowledge during our on-site training. Having Dave on site with us to go through our new Orderwise system massively helped us.
Always ready to take questions and queries we had. We are looking forward to the next stage of our install and go live date for 2025.

As with many others I have found both customer service & support to be abysmal. 9 days ago sent an e-mail regarding various parts of the software that no longer worked, got a brief e-mail back 2 days later which didn't address any of the problems, responded to that the same day & heard nothing further. Tried phoning today & they don't even answer the phone (main contact number) After 15 minutes on hold, just waiting for them to pick up the phone, I got a recorded message to say that they were busy. This is what many thousands of pounds gets you!

I had a fantastic experience with Alexandra from the Orderwise Support team. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to helping customers. I had an issue setting up a handheld scanner, and she resolved it quickly and efficiently. Alexandra was not only highly skilled but also personable and patient, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her quick response and thorough support were much appreciated. Thanks to her, everything is working perfectly now. Alexandra is a real asset to the Orderwise Support team!
