We moved from Brightpearl to Orderwise two years ago, and overall, it's been a very positive change. Orderwise’s support has become more streamlined during our time with them. Although fewer elements are included as part of the base service, with certain implementations now incurring additional charges, their support is still leagues ahead of other software companies I’ve worked with.
Recently, I dealt with Hannah, Abbii, and Yazmin in the support team for some critical issues, and they were all genuinely helpful, often quick to respond, and ensured we stayed on track. Despite some recent changes, I feel confident in Orderwise’s support to keep our operations running smoothly, which is crucial for our team of 25 people across two warehouses and multiple offices.
The Orderwise system itself is robust and logical—a significant upgrade from our previous setup, covering everything from warehousing to purchasing in one solution. It’s clearly designed by people with hands-on experience, unlike other software solutions that often feel out of touch with real-world ERP needs. While there’s room for improvement, particularly with e-commerce integrations, their upcoming Cloud transition looks promising, and we look forward to seeing how it develops.

I have worked with OrderWise for almost 10 years. In all the years I have spoken to support - Stephen Green stands out by a mile for his customer service. He genuinely has helped our business in so many ways. he is always on the end of the phone, email , his knowledge is excellent and his attention to detail shows. A true asset for Orderwise, and a real example of what customer service should be

The helpdesk are very knowledgeable. They answered my question fully as well as sharing other helpful information that will assist in me utilising the software fully.
The issue was resolved ASAP. Assistance was straight and to the point.
Jade worked through each of my various queries thoroughly taking her time to explain (to someone who is new to the software) exactly what needed doing and more importantly why I needed to do it, which I feel in the long term makes the understand of the software easier and hopefully will lead to less queries.
Jade was very friendly, patient and explained to me why my issues were occurring.

Excellent Service from Stephen Green.
As always Stephen has provided excellent service dealing with two important queries efficiently and in a timely fashion.
Stephen always provides updates on expected response times and will make a telephone call to discuss the query, it is beneficial to talk the query through in person for both parties.

I’m extremely satisfied with the support I received from the OrderWise team. Owen, their Infrastructure Consultant, did a fantastic job setting up our new development and walked me through all the details. The development worked flawlessly and delivered exactly what we expected. Great service all around!

Abbii and Michael from the Support Team are amazing! They put every effort needed to address and resolve an issue providing detailed information in their responses. We only feel reassured once a ticket is handled by either of them. Thank you!

TERRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE
The software is good, BUT support service costs £9000 a year, you can only have 5 users to raise a ticket, meaning that people have to raise tickets on the behalf of others.
Once a ticket is raised you will be lucky to get a response in 3 days, their favourite response time is just before 5pm, ensuring that no one is in the office. The response is usually in the form of a help file, they will promptly close the ticket before you get a chance to respond.
This results in multiple tickets being raised, lost function for weeks at at time, and issues going unresolved meaning the team have to create ineffective work arounds.
0/10, would not recommend, Orderwise is without a doubt the worst company that I have to engage with during my working life.
