Had a couple of tickets with them recently, and had some quick and accurate support from their team. Particular shoutout to Yazmin Fairley and Hannah Reilly.

Hannah is always really helpful with any queries I have with the Orderwise system. Any issues are usually resolved the same day and this helps us avoid any disruption to our daily work.

Great support from Hannah at Orderwise today. Helped with my initial problem and offered support on a couple of other issues too. Good that Orderwise are now talking to their customers again as we had just been receiving email support recently which was very disappointing. They charge a lot for support & need to look after their customers better, so good to see that seems to be the case now.

Can always get an answer shortly after putting in a ticket, and most of the time it is helpful.

Unfortunately it's hard to get support with custom code but they at least offer guidance in the right direction if it's an issue with the program itself.

Yazmin was able to help identify the issue quickly and help provide clear information on the solution which we were able to pass on to the relevant team and fix the problem we were facing.
