website is misleading, made to look like it’s Irish but is not. product purchased was a summer baby sleep suit which took nearly a month to arrive- timeline only advised after purchase.Size L (suggested age 2-3) measures v small so doesn’t even fit my v avg sized 19 month old. v disappointed.

Scammers . Keep away from them

Their reviews are fake! I tried to post my own review and it never showed up. This is my review:

Very very disappointed. I was impressed by all the other reviews of these shoes as I'm on my feet all day and need something supportive and comfortable.

First red flag was that they were being dispatched from a factory in China. When they arrived and I tried them on, it was clear they were very flimsy. Yes they were soft and yes, initially they were comfortable, but there was absolutely no feeling of support.

I can feel absolutely EVERYTHING I walk over. Uneven concrete, edges of paving stones, small pebbles. At the end of the day my feet are sore and tired. The worst part is that the inner soles are not fixed in place. They keep inching back as I walk. I can feel the edge of them under my toes, and the heel part rides up the back of the shoe. I have to stop every 5 to 10 minutes to take them off and put my hand inside them and pull the sole forward.

Maybe the shoes that other people got were made in a different factory as I'm absolutely baffled over those reviews. It's like wearing soft slippers with no support or sustained comfort.

Would NOT recommend and they're going in the bin. Buyer beware

29 June 2023 edit. I brought up my disappointment and concerns to Ortorex customer service and am quite pleased with their response. They offered me an apology and 70% refund, which I thought was actually quite fair.

This is not Irish website, some kind of reseller.
I order air humidifier specials on Irish website to get it quickly and got it in a month time! It was shopped from Belgium (what?) with probably the most cheapest possible post.
I needed for my health and of course 1month time is not acceptable!
No instructions added to product, no manuals, no receipt.
I paid 69 euro for the product I could get from China for 10 euro with the same delivery time.

This company is based in Poland. Not Ireland. I ordered a simple support bandage and after 3 weeks it has still not arrived. The 'customer service' is a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dropshippers. Looking to have their .IE domain name delisted, for misrepresentation. Sending the junk from China Scam.

It is very expensive you can buy the same product from a Chinese website
(AliExpress). Do not waste your time with them, they are scammers.

This company is trading as ortorex.ie which made me believe it was an Irish company but I suspect it is Chinese or drop shipping from china. I explained to them that I needed it fast as it was a medical device and if I knew it was coming from china I would not have purchased it, I believe they trade under .ie knowing Irish customers will purchase from them if they believe they are an Irish company. Stay clear from this devious company. They don't deserve one star but I can't give zero

I ordered supposedly Skechers from this scam website without checking reviews.
What arrived weeks later were terrible quality cheap Chinese ripoffs which I threw in the bin.
Please avoid this SCAM website!

I would give them no stars but that option is not available. Scam artists. the reviews on their site is also a scam. They will not allow a negative review to be shown on their site. I spent €60 on absolutely rubbish ear plugs. They would not stay in my ears fire a second and so uncomfortable and did not do what they promised. Don’t fall for this horrible company . They are Chinese not Irish or English as stated on site.

This company are absolute scammers. I ordered shoe inserts in January and finally received them today and I've never seen rubbish like them before. They're literally a piece of light cardboard cut in shape of a foot. Their website looks like an Irish company but are not. They're a Chinese scam company. I wish i had read reviews beforehand. Steer clear of this scam company at all costs.

This is a scam, I have ordered an electric neck warmer on 19/01/2023. Never received it. I thought it was an Irish company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I purchased wrist supports thinking they were an Irish company. The items arrived after a month and the package was covered in Chinese writing. I contacted my bank and asked for a charge back. I emailed all correspondence received from ORTOREX to my bank and received all my money back within a week. The site tried offering me a 70% refund and I got to keep the items I’d ordered, I declined their offer !! I wrote a negative review on their site but it never got published.

Thought it was an Irish company and then realised they tell you lies on the site and it comes from China and takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get to Ireland, and the mens runners they say that helps planta fascia made it worse, horrible cheap runners with no markings worse runners ever had, terrible they get away with this crap.

One star is too much for this company. Poor customer service and atrocious delivery!

Total joke DO NOT BUY from them, china company, claiming to be Irish

Order placed in early Dec, still not received in early Jan. Tracking info provided initially didn't work, but now simply says shipment cancelled. Multiple requests for refund not acknowledged. Only recourse is via bank's chargeback system which will take weeks. Dishonest, dishonorable company. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a gel cushion for my sciatica early December 22 and got a delivery date of middle January 23 cost €39.99, Because I couldn't wait that long I ordered one from Amazon cost €24.49. Received Amazon order within 3 days and am delighted with product. When ortorex cushion arrived 19th December it was inferior, not fit for purpose and basically rubbish product. I emailed them to complain and demand my money back but of course have heard nothing from them

I so sorry I didn't read the reviews 😔, arrived so late,poor quality and they don't refund 100% ,just 70%
Don't buy

Product arrived months later, very poor quality only fit for the bin, second item I ordered never arrived. Please do not buy from these Chinese scammers.
