The products are manufactured in China, Ortorex uses termination such as ie, uk, nz etc to deceive customer to think that their buying their country manufacture. The company alleges that they’re European but they are they only have a something in Latvia to where you return your products (paying a fee) also they maybe registered there… nothing to do with the UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand etc
Their product is rubbish, their practices, plicies and procedures are immoral and unethical…

No order confirmation received
I ordered orthopoedic foot inserts from this company on the 23rd of November. I can see that the money has come out of my account and yet I received no order confirmation email. I have not received any inserts either. I have emailed customer service but I have no order number to give them as I received none. They must not be legit, buyer beware!

Bestellung eines Orthopädischen Sitzkissen:
Meine Bestellung wurde in China am 12.11 2021 abgeschickt und ist bis heute 25.11.2021 noch nicht angekommen. Das Kissen hätte ich für den Preis im Fachhandel um die Ecke auch bekommen.( Deutsches Produkt) .Leider bekomme ich ein Billig Produkt aus China.Solchen Firmen sollte man aus dem Internethandel entfernen.Zurücksenden auf eigene Kosten nach Polen und ob man noch einen geringen Teil seines Geldes wiedersieht, wage ich zu bezweifeln.
Tut mir leid, aber Seriös sieht anders aus.
Ich behalte mir vor gegen die Fa. vorzugehen.

I have used them for few hours and they were hurting my feet badly.
