Used to be good when they started. Now they are concerning. 600% profit but still expensive. Bullying between customers. A ten-point enforcement notice from the regulator. Highly unprofessional lead pharmacist who treats it like a girls night out not a business. Prescribing to people with eating disorders. Refusal to acknowledge negative opinions. No thanks.

Absolutely delighted with the service I have had from OUSHUK.
Placed my order over the weekend, consultation Tuesday and pen delivered today.
Chilled and well packaged.
Price was good for Mounjaro as well.
Previously ordered with Curate for 6mths, 27 day delay in sending a pen out but happy to have taken my money!

Awful company. Avoid. Don’t communicate. Give your medication to others despite being ordered and paid for, for a month leaving you without your medication. After being with this company for over a year, I thought that they were genuine. Sadly they have cashed in on the weight loss medication bandwagon and are out of their depth

Delivery date paid for (£6.99) and specified as the 30th August (4 days ago). It is now September 3rd and I have heard nothing and had no delivery. I raised a ticket/customer service issue on the 30th and have still heard nothing….

Fantastic service, by far the best website for keeping your patient data up to date.

Only just joined as a customer and considering the difficult time with USA putting up prices; they still had time to answer my queries and questions fully and have been very responsive and helpful.

I’ve been with oushk for probably over half of my journey now, i have lost almost 9 stone and they have been fantastic both service wise, never had a problem with deliveries and approval is always prompt, when I’ve needed to access support the groups and communities have been helpful and I’ve always had amazing response times from the support lines, i feel this pharmacy takes such extra care with providing newsletters on different things you might experience when on the weight loss meds, and i was very surprised but thankful when i did my last form and I let them know what my side effects were and upon approval received an email with advice on those specific side effects. The pharmacies attention to detail when it comes to actually caring about results of patients is something I’ve seen nowhere else, and I find it very helpful that Hira attends tiktok lives to answer questions and give advice. All round so thankful to have come across oushk!

Always a great service, even with current situation they put their patients first.

Even I have been told not to increase dose I have lost money even I told my weight was stuck i need to increase dose but they refused i didnt have any side effects everything was okay also i get reply after 2,3 days also the doc had said he will write on my prescription but there were no notes at all

I’ve been with Oushk from the get go of my WLI use and continue to be reassured by their professionalism and customer service focus. I ordered maintenance supplies following the price hike and asked for my delivery to be changed to a different provider and despite the flood of emails they must have in their inbox was impressed that the delivery was changed and confirmation sent less than 24 hours of the request.

I made an enquiry to this pharmacy regarding my order and within an hour a very helpful staff member called Tanya had answered my query and dealt with it. I was extremely happy with the service and the response completely put my mind at rest. This is the second time I’ve contacted this company and their customer service has been outstanding and answered my emails really quickly. Would highly recommend.

I'm really happy with the service they provide and their customer service. They are always letting customers know of the latest developments in the field, such as the weight verification call, which was so easy to book. At first I thought, oh no, I don't want to do this lol but then I was happy that they are following the industry rules, and the girl that took the call was really nice. So I am very happy with their service when you hear such scary stories about people getting their prescriptions from shady sources. Thanks!

Easy but supportive ordering service and delivery is generally pretty good. Other prescribers have an easy access loyalty program which seems lacking here.

They go above and beyond to make sure those that are under their care are well looked after even at great expense to the company and themselves.
I have been with Oushk 6 months now and I’m very happy with them, they respond to any enquiry as quickly as they can, they work so hard to help us I’m so glad I’m doing my journey with them.
