In buying my smoker it was explained that the gift pack would not be included, this was a 2-smoker deal and when my collogue collected his smoker it was included and explained every smoker was given one.
$200 was added to my bill for the pack leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I bought a daybed here years ago and have had no problems with the product or staff. My recent purchase was an outdoor “Serenity” setting. Rosie was most professional and did what she said she would which is no that usual these days.

We bought an outdoor table and we really like it.
The only thing we think could be better was the delivery. They wanted $499 (yes, this much) to deliver it.
So I had to organise a truck myself, which was not ideal.

On the occasions I have ordered from Outdoors Domain the staff have answered the phone quickly and been helpful and prompt in dealing with my order(s). My last order encountered a delivery delay but I eventually received my goods and is the only reason I haven't given a five star rate.

Outdoors Domain went out of their way to locate an item which they sold many years ago but had since stopped. They followed up every step of the way till I finally got the correct item.

Product was as described, but for something that was as light as a feather postage was VERY expensive 🥴
