Horrible experience - SCAM

ORDERED SHOES FOR MY DAUGHTER. IN OFFER. Looked like it was endorsed through Shop. Email confirmation then NOTHING. Lost money. No responses.
Want the shoes or a refund.
Horrible treatment.

These people are scammers! I made the mistake to back their 'Kif' toothbrush campaign in Kickstarter and foolishly added an 'Outlery' set to my pledge. The toothbrush and the cutlery should have been delivered in July 2023, we now have October 2024 and the last 'apology' email was from July. The company does not react to emails and leaves a trail of angry customers/backers

We purchased two sets of these a while back. Direct from the company. One set for our son and one for our daughter. Our son's set was perfect. Our daughter's set however was far from it! The separate pieces wouldn't attach to each other without wobbling quite badly. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement and they assured me a set was on the way—several times. Then the replacement order was cancelled. Then they just ignored the emails I sent. Highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased two full portable metal cutlery sets at the advertised discounted price of $45. When I received the package, there was only one set, meaning I had spent $45 for one set customarily priced at $30. I have sent multiple emails to the advertised customer service email and posted my issue several times on their "Contact Us" page, but I have not heard back. There is no phone number to call...hence no way to talk to someone. It seems like robots run the whole operation! I've had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction as a last resort, and here I am, trying to warn people of this shady operation.

Received damaged item. Tried to reach out to their CS. Got email rejects from all of their support emails. Tried to use their contact form, got reply from their CS, sent my details. Never heard back from them, then suddenly they closed my ticket because I didnt respond.. Nice way to treat your customers.

I ordered years ago multiple sets and they all arrived on time. But since the management changed it is just s**t. I am waiting since 1 YEAR for my order to arrive, exchanged e-mails and getting hold up. and now the "closed my ticket because they haven't heard from me"?

I received outlery back with the kickstarter. My son asked for a set for Christmas. I ordered on December 7th, 2-4 days shipping. Two weeks later, no shipping notice, no product, and every email to their "help" bounces back because apparently the recipient address doesn't work.

Ordered something back in february, got a confirmation mail and everything.
But never the product!
I emailed the support 3 times.
2 got a reply: "oh yes so sorry! we'll get back to you in 24 hours!!"
they never got back to me.
third e-mail was left unanswered.
money gone.
product nowhere.

Update:
Just sent out another E-Mail to them, after having a quick chat with their stupid AI Chatbot assistant on the website.
The Bot suggested me to write to outlery @ factory14.com.
So I did that.
Shortly after that outlook told me that the E-Mail got rejected, because the address couldn't be found????

My mum ordered me a set for Christmas, but I’d already bought the set I wanted. So we tried to return her set… we’re still waiting for a refund. We emailed them and started this in December 2022 and it’s now April 2023, after multiple emails telling her to return the set, then keep the set and promising us a refund, they’ve kept her money and we’re having to go through trading standards. Avoid this company, you will not see a penny of your money back.

I'd give their customer service no stars if I could. I've bought numerous products from there with no issues in the past. But I've emailed months ago about a replacement fork set and haven't heard back. (Some malevolent person stole mine during an office party. Who does that?!) On Amazon, they are fulfilling orders, though. What's up with this company? I was happy to support them in the beginning and was very excited about it. Now, I'm disappointed that I have to post this.

NOT a scam

I first bought a full set of cutlery from them in 2020. The order was easy and arrived very fast. It is very good quality and has made me very happy. I was also happy to know they do the replacement of parts since I have had problems transporting them in hand luggage (fork and knife got confiscated in Egypt).

I decided to buy another set and ask for replacements this Black Friday. Weeks after, there was no news about my order. I was super upset and found lots of bad reviews here. After publishing, customer service started replying, explaining they had many problems and apologised. I asked for a cancellation, but they had shipped my set, so it ended up like a present, which was very nice of them.

So if you are reading this, know this is not a scam, and they are trying to correct their issues. They also don't have replacement parts at the moment. I recommend getting in touch and writing here to ask for further information if it takes 2+ weeks. But I believe this won't be the case!

I placed an order on nov 25th (#OT30222) and I was supposed to receive it by dec 2nd.
As I did not receive any tracking number, I did send an email to Outlery but no reply and there is no phone number to call.
I am disputing the charge on my credit card hoping to get my money back.

I placed an order a month ago, but still didn't get my items. The mails claim the order has been shipped and delivered(!), but nothing arrived. Two sets of cutlery for well worth over a hunded Euro ...
Wrote mails to their customer support, but as many here experienced, no answer at all. Seems like a bad fraud, please avoid.

The money was sent, no product recieved. No feedback at all. This is a scam. Please, avoid any dealings with this company.

Been an early backer, but first time experiencing an order discrepancy. Now the money is gone & so is the product, no response yet from the team after several mails over the this whole month. I hope their team cares about their after sales image for their long term existence in the market! One star service & an extra star is for the product itself.

Made an order OT29874 couple of weeks ago - still no updates and replies to my emails, just spam with their discounts.

UPD: After completing at the every possible channel I’ve got the order.

Still - zero communications with the company.

Not sure if yelling in the internet and 10 emails helped.

So +1 star and from avoid to highly not recommend.

The cutlery kit is great though.

placed 174€ of order (#OT29553) the 23 of september, had confirmation email and nothing more.
Wrote them via mail and via facebook, but no reply.
They continue to send spam mails with discount codes to order again items that will never be shipped or refunded.
FRAUD

Update: the 11 of novembr, after 2 months, two packages were delivered to me. One directly from them, the other from amazon. Everything was there, order complete. Product is great, the lack of communication, never answered multiple mails or FB comments is a factor. Hope they can get there things together.
