Terrible customer service

I ordered this product straight from the company, which took several weeks to come in even though I got the 3-5 day shipping, I was sent a tracking link that was inactive, when I reached out to the company I didn't get a response until after it showed up, when I got it, it was the wrong thing, I've been emailing the company for over a month trying to get it fixed, it takes at least a week to get a response and most seem like generic automated responses. The product is good but the customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with.

No refund and no reply

Do not order from this company, their customer service is non-existent!
I tried to cancel an order long before it was dispatched, but did not receive a reply. When I complained to their "item dispatched" email I was promised a partial refund, which I agreed to. Since then I have not heard back and never received the refund. It has been two months...

Great product :)

Great product :)
I ordered a set that was part of an offer allowing me to receive a straw, case cover as well.
I have to say i am pretty impressed with quality of the set. I am a shift worker and its not un heard of for me to be eating on the go and for that its great.
The pieces fit nicely together and are contained within a smart box. The rubber cover will hopefully last. I’m one month in and its all going strong.
My set arrived as ordered swiftly and without issue.

Wrong Set and Colour
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received. I ordered two full silver sets - one which arrived correct and the other was incorrect colour (also my least favourite colour) and missing the chopsticks from the set too. I have emailed Outlery multiple times with little response. I have still not received my correct order and it's been over two months. not happy at all with the service. They have removed all of my reviews and comments. I would say I’ve been very fair and patient.

Don't bother ordering - you won't get anything.

Waited nearly 3 weeks now for a delivery that was supposed to take 2 days. No response to email or Messenger requests chasing the order up. I've now started a Paypal dispute. Shame, looked like a good idea.
UPDATE: so, after raising the Paypal dispute I received my order and an email apology from Outlery. And it's a really nice product, good quality & well manufactured. I can understand that they are inundated with orders, but they need to pay a little more attention to customer service. Just an email with a realistic delivery timescale would have been appreciated. Even so, raising my 1 star review to 3 stars.

Never got the products, Never heard back from them!

Same as the rest of the people here, never got the product as something went wrong with the shipping. I asked for a replacement via email, they replied real fast the first time, saying they will look into it, and then they disappeared. I've been chasing them for 2 months now not only via email but via Facebook and Instagram. They replied a couple of times saying they will send me a new one, something that never happened. I feel really frustrated and disappointed, especially because I was really excited to get the utensils. I wish there was a way to get the word out there so other people don't get scammed.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Products look great and what a fantastic idea - portable, folding metal cutlery. Perfect for cutting down plastic.
We were so excited to find this product so promptly put in an order for two sets on 1st July. Not arrived, chased the order, still not received. Requested cancellation with refund - no response. Tried this three times so have now put in a dispute through credit card to revived the refund. They have taken it up. Really not worth the risk using this company. Really would advise to avoid them and save your money for a more reliable, reputable company. Scam for sure.

Good products, bad shipment

not a scam, i finally received the products

Downsides:
- they delete comments from instagram - it's just like communist management, you are not allowed to share your experiences
- the delivery is way to slow compared to their estimates

Upsides:
- good, quality cutlery
- looks good also in real-life, not just in photos

Product never arrived, poor customer service

Like others, my order never arrived. Customer service initially responded quite quickly and promised a replacement, which was never sent.

It's been 2 months since I ordered, now they're not replying to me.

I've had to initiate a chargeback via my card company

Pure ripoff

Pure ripoff. I supported them through kickstarter. It was heavily delayed but that happens. Then it arrived and pieces were incomplete and damaged. They promised me replacement half a dozen time but I never received it. I also asked for refunds. Never received it. Horrible CS. And just 100% bad company.
