My experience of Avaeda has been very positive. Whether it be samples or product delivery, everything comes on time and is very well packaged. Staff are so helpful and go that extra mile to make sure you have the right product for the job. Just a good experience all round.

Royal Mail delays
Samples are fine and were dispatched on time. However, Royal Mail were 3 days late with the next day delivery option. Annoying, when RM say it will be delivered on the 27th and it appears on the 30th. Also, no way to track parcel.

Very good product for my needs and…
Very good product for my needs and offered at a fair price. The sales team were very responsive and keen.
This would have been a 5 star review except for delivery problem - delivery was booked and confirmed for one day prior to the required date for a crane lift - in the end the product arrived one day late any only just in time to make the lift - this created unnecessary stress and wasted time trying to ensure the delivery was available for the booked lift.

Great company but problems that composite decking can't accommodate curves
Quick delivery of samples and he company kept up non-pushy communication after. I would have been very happy to used this company.
Regrettably, I am not proceeding with composite decking as I have founded corners to my deck and it turns out that there is no way that curves can be accommodated with composite - the manufacturers are missing a trick there

Need better after sales
This company is realy good at when it comes to ordering but when it comes to communication after ordering it's appalling. I recived a email with delivery date well nothing came so I called them to ask when I should receive my delivery they said they would call me back but they never did. So I called again asking for them to let me know by the end of the day as I have a fitter coming in to fit the slabs the following day they said they would but again they never did so I had to cancel my fitting as I wasn't sure when I would get my slabs. Well they did turn up the following day after 1.30pm but now I need to wait to be fitted in for them to be fitted.
