The job completed was far short of their claims. Repeated exchanges with Custmer Care has elicited no effective response. One panel of the (Bosch) oven appears not to have been touched at all. Despite me supplying all Customer Care asked for (photo - bank details etc) there has been no responce.

Alan did a brilliant job of cleaning my two ovens, one of which was extremely heavy with baked on stains. He was careful, clean and considerate around the house. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.
