I've used the centre at least twice
I've used the centre at least twice. They are always very helpful and friendly. They are easy to find on a main road in/out of Kidlington and have good parking.

Data transfer
I wanted to get some old reel to reel sound tapes transferred to digital format. Everyone i dealt with were really helpful and professional.

Speedy, effective and thoughtful service
The following was sent to the Director of the Centre
I downloaded the two wav files today from the old 78 rpm record I sent you. As I think I may have said before, it has been in my possession for years, even decades, and I have never got around to doing anything about it until now. Listening to the files was profoundly moving and I am so grateful to you for your efforts. Both tunes were songs my father wrote in 1949 when a serving RN officer having gone through a pretty harrowing war. He recorded them for fun soon afterwards, at a high street recording studio which used to exist in those days. I have the old score and I know them from childhood days, now a fair time ago, and will enjoy boring my grandchildren with them in due course.

Professional through and through
Oxford Duplication Centre really pulled out all of the stops to help me. Mine was not a straightforward job by any means, and Cheryl came through with the solution I was looking for. It was all rather involved, and there are not many companies who would have been bothered to take this work on. I was treated with courtesy and patience, the phone was always answered promptly by a member of staff who was knowledgable enough to know who I needed to speak with. They certainly know their industry and I can strongly recommend them.

High quality, great experience
Had a very good experience recently with the Oxford Duplication Centre, who transformed old microfilms into high quality images. The images are as crisp as possible and the labelling of the files clear too. Cheryl and the team were a pleasure to work with!

Amazing service and so helpful. Restored childhood memories
In sorting our late mother's house, we found some 50-60 year old reel to reel audio tapes. They were in a garage, looked pretty damaged, but I called Oxford Duplication, and they said, no worries, send them and they will have a go. A few days later, a flash drive arrived with a remarkably good quality copy of tapes from our childhood. Wonderful to be able to hear these again, and what a brilliant service. Thank you Cheryl and team.
