Going on six months and still no…

Going on six months and still no resolution to my issue is. To include why it took me seven months to get me a debit card, and why no one can give me actual updates on my disputes that are filed as well as contact information that I am privy to do to consumer rights when my issues are not handling lowest levels I haven’t got that information yet, I am and also requested information for your guises legal department and have yet to receive that we’re going on six months.

Regarding the debit card you mentioned, a debit card was ordered on June 7, and it takes 7-14 business days for the card to arrive. Please contact support@oxygen.us and any information sent there will be forwarded to the appropriate department.

Worst company ever

I am in the process of working with the better business bureau. Oxygen allowed my account to get hacked and the person who did it is now in jail. I have police reports and everything. They refuse to give me back my money. 1297.00 dollars was stolen from me. I dealt with them on a daily basis for months. Gave them all the proof they needed to show them I did not commit these fraudulent transactions. And the perpetrator is in prison for the crimes he committed against me. Still they refuse to give up my money.i really hope the BBB can get it back to me. RUN don't walk away from this bad bad bad company.

I have a deposit sitting in my mma account, has been there for over a week n won't release it. Everytime I call, it's pending.....if u won't approve the dam deposit then release it back to the sender. So I can make other arrangements. I put the money in the account to start making interest. Of course as long as it's sitting in limbo it's not making a dime. So thank you very ill be sure to refer all of my friends, family, n Co workers. NOT.

They are inconsiderate

I've had someone steal my wallet my phone and I had to dispute charges now the funny thing is it's been 3 weeks and still have not received my money back from disputed charges and I have no money to eat these people don't care about you as a customer I'm severely upset 😭 thanks for nothing

Always prompt to answer back. I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. Excellent banking employees.
