Great Idea .,.. Bad taste

First of all I am not a fan of a bank that I cannot even chat 24 hours. Last night when updating my apps I attempted to change my email and wound up getting locked completely out of my account and not being able to contact the Oxygen team until 10amEST. This is my savings account and due to their "bots" even the live person was not live. After a few password resets and APP deletion I was able to access my funds. I do not advise getting wrapped up with this. I'm on my 3rd level, AIR... And almost lost all of my savings and the "person" I was chatting with had no idea what she was doing as far as my issue. After 30 minutes and my own knowledge of actually helping her, I was able to access my account. Not good.

After banking with you guys for 2 or 3…

After banking with you guys for 2 or 3 years with no issues. Until you guys allowed another oxygen member James Taylor. Go into my account transfer my money from savings into checkings and send it to himself as peer-to-peer and you guys come back with a final decision for dispute, basically saying you guys didn't find any issue with someone going into my account and taking my money. I honestly felt violated. It's unfortunate I'm going close my account, because I don't feel like my money is safe thinking with you guys anymore. And I really liked banking with you guys and had referred few people.

Worthless frauds don't let these liars rob you too

And their response is as full of worthless lies as they are. If emailing worked they wouldn't have fraudulently stolen my money, sent me proof via email then spent months lying about it like they don't understand what a receipt is.

Well for one things be a bank and refund money back I bought something I was scammed if you are a normal Bank like Wells Fargo or chase I would have gotten my refund back I was told I was not going to get my refund back I'm not happy with your service at all

I disputed charges that someone stole from me and I hae to wait 90 days, that's not right. I'm debating on contacting an attorney.

This is very Unprofessional and…

This is very Unprofessional and exhausting! My account was hacked and $1,603.38 was withdrawn on 5/29/2023. Still have not received my provisional credit and as of today 6/09/2023 I will be evicted from my home if I don’t pay my late rent and a $200 late fee. My rent was due on June 1st 2023 and I spoken with several disputes representatives and supervisors and I still have not received the provisional credit that is needed to pay my rent. As a banking customer I’m very upset 😠 and irate because the lack of understanding that this is an emergency that I received from Oxygen, it’s supervising and investigating team. Please provide the provisional credit today 6/09/2023 to prevent the eviction process from my home.
