Great app development, cash back features, and customer support. I refer all my friends to sign up for an Oxygen account!

Great features... cash back, disposable cards and great perks... Negatives: NO WEBSITE SUPPORT for viewing banking activity... you lose your phone and you can't access your money... SERVICES ARE GREAT UNTIL you NEED HELP... customer service is just bad... long wait times, not real bankers (call takers) which are generally useless and support is email based.. I would love to keep more money with them but I can't trust a company without a real banking team on the phone... i'm like most Americans I work hard for my money... I can't have my money in limbo waiting on an email...

I love this account! When I've had an issue with someone charging my account without my authorization I've always been able to reach a customer service rep on the first try. They have always handled the situation immediately. When I had to get a replacement card it came in quickly and I love the fact that while I'm waiting I'm not completely without access because I can still use temporary cards online to pay bills or transfer money. I get notifications on the use of my card instantly and I even make a couple of bucks been using it to buy gas or at Walmart because of the cash back incentives. Even the physical card itself is better than any of the other cards I have. It's heavier and very sturdy and includes the Tap'nGo payment option. I'm keeping this as my primary account forever.

Not being able to link my cash app, can’t withdrawal my available balance. Couldn’t pay my bills on time because of it.

I really like the convenience and security. Customer service needs to be able to solve issues instead of just being a call crnter.

You suck. You have no customer service workers that are fluent in English. You can’t understand them, they don’t know what to do and cannot understand what you are saying.

The company has yet to verify my identity for mobile checks and pushes the blame on the check cashing company ingo. That’s not my problem you use a c rated company to verify your customers identity.

You have crap policy that is very inconvenient.

And most importantly your business has zero credibility with the public, most people give me looks when I say I bank with you and the looks are followed by negative reviews.

I've tried most of the online banks and none of them are as good as oxygen. I like the cash back for fast food and gas and the different levels of cards.
