Delivery still not complete on an order placed 7/22/26. Still testing your product

October 27, 2025, I purchased a Varon FDA Approved Medical Grade Oxygen Concentrator from this store. The order process and shipping was good. However, in June 2026 we started experiencing an issue with the machine and the alarm states that oxygen purity is <85% and set a red LO2 alarm. We followed the steps in the manual to clear the alarm, checked all of the filters, which were all clean, we cleaned them again, then used soap to look for any O2 leaks and found none. Being on the cautious side, I ordered a new hose for the machine and replaced it as a precaution. This did not resolve the issue. I reached out to support who asked for a video of the machine in operation and was told, the machine is working normally although the red Lo2 alert is visibly on and the machine is not producing high quality oxygen. The machine is under warranty and we are asking for a repair. Keep in mind, they have NO LOCAL repair shops. At this point they are ignoring me. I have reached out directly to the manufacturer today but have not heard back from them at this time. Beware that Customer service support for issues is NOT GOOD. I finally got them to admit there was a problem had to spend almost $200 to return the thing across country and as of today, the machine has not been repaired or returned.

Ordered Monday evening; received Saturday morning. 101W is very quiet and the last two nights sleep have been the best in a long time.

I am not happy with the customer service with this Company. I purchased the Varon BT-5 portable oxygen concentrator. The machine worked as described but was louder and heavier than expected. I wanted to return it unused. It took me almost 2 weeks with several emails, no phone number available, to finally get details to return. What upset me the most is you have to pay to ship the product back and they are taking $65.00 restocking fee. I do not recommend this Company.

I got my order in a timely fashion. Product seems to be of decent quality.
I use the 101w model it works well to cope with breathing in the early mornings a few times a week. I keep it under my bed at the headboard. It does make a bit of noise but I find it rithmic and easy to sleep with it on. Overall the Product seems of good quality, easy to setup and use came with everything needed in box. One thing make sure not to over fill humidifier tank it takes a few hours to work itself out. My dealings with this company have been excellent thus far so I rate them high. If I need more equipment I will probably look at there Products first.

Ordered my Oxygen Concentrator, expecting to receive it in approximately two weeks. Received it within six days. Love how quiet it runs!! So happy with this product!

The quality of the goods manufactured and sold by TTLIFE are very good and I am happy to own my home O2 compressor.
I was less impressed by some of the assumptions made by their sales representative who misread my saying I would purchase a different model and wait for its receipt before proceeding with a requested return of a model inferior to my oxygen needs. We worked past this, but the incident was upsetting to me and no apology was ever forthcoming from the unidentified agent.
