I like the prices and the ease of ordering

Easy to order. Would like an extension tubing to make it easier when in the house for walking a longer distance without taking it along with me.

Company never responds. I tried calling,chat and email with no response. It’s been almost a week. They state shipping 3-5 days and still has not shipped. Very disappointing.

I needed a bigger machine, but this one does the job. I had to order filters and got the ones it needed and then got the ones that have the little hard ceremic piece that holds the filter in. Some day I want a bigger machine with better filters. The filters a bit bigger than needed, but we got them in. The machine is small and quiet, which is a great thing. Customer service was nice and answered quickly. All orders came quickly.

Having continuous air flow is exactly what I need. The insurance gave me a pulsater type machine, which is not good for me.

I live with a constant fear that I will find myself with no oxygen. Regular machines are heavy and can be awkward but with these portables, I can move them and take them wherever I go. I cannot believe that Dr don’t recommend these machines. I loved my first one so much, I bought another one. Highly recommend.

Still waiting on 2nd battery, should have been delivered with order.

This company (based in Hongkong) is a total scam. I am basically out $300 for a non-medical grade oxygen concentrator that failed after only two months of normal usage. The company purports to offer a one-year warranty yet refuses to send a shipping label so I can return my defective unit for repair or replacement! Customer service cannot be reached during US business hours and has yet to provide a relevant response to my email queries. Buyer Beware! I will never do business with this OR ANY company in China again. They are neither reliable nor ethical!

Delivered on time and so far both the room and portable units are working very good. I wish the NT6 portable unit had a longer battery life. So far the battery only last almost 2 hours.

Unit was delivered on time and easily set up. Concentrator is very, very quite. I've logged over 50 hours and its does great.

I was sent a tracking let me know when to receive. So far I am very pleased with my item. Note it did not tell me about the connection for nebulizer. Found it on the internet.

I love the lightweight of the machine and it works very well. I am new to this technology. This is my husband's oxygen machine and we used it for the first time last night; when the battery quit he didn't realize that he wasn't getting any more oxygen. Some type of alarm would be great so I knew when to connect the other battery.

We purchased the NT-8G oxygenator and, subsequently, a second battery. We're very pleased with the unit, and it suits our needs perfectly. It's compact, easy to use and we purchased it because the oxygen purity is 93% +/- 3% at every setting - 1 - 8. When we're out shopping or visiting family or friends, we set the unit at 4 L/M. Unfortunately, at this setting, battery life is about 2 hours. We purchased the 2nd battery to compensate for this. The DC power charger keeps the battery level at 100%, but when out of the car for an extended period of time, the 2nd battery gives us the time we need. I would recommend development of a 16 mh battery, which would make matters more convenient. Nonetheless, this is minor matter which is overcome by the convenience of use and the high oxygen purity levels. I highly recommend the 8G to anyone in need of reliable and pure supplemental oxygen.

Concentrator didn't meet my oxygen needs. TTLIfe advertises continuous flow at 93% +/_ oxygen cocentration. However, it does not make it clear that is ONLY at 1L setting and goes all of the way down to the 20-30% oxygen concentration range at any other setting. They advertise easy returns. NOT TRUE! Buyer beware as the only way to receive a refund is to return the product to China and buyer pays the shipping. I was quoted $598.00 to ship the product back. I paid $596.96 for the concentrator and extra battery package and did not use any of it. TTLife would not accept the battery package to be returned so the shipping was for the concentrator alone. Emails to customer support were not returned for days and were worded in a way that would require several more communications to get any kind of answer to my questions and the return policy. Pretty clever as they only offer a refund within 30 days and they use up several of those days for communication. Company offered me $70.00 to keep product and suggested I sell it instead of giving me 100% refund. Eventually, customer service offered me only $130.00 for a machine that is absolutely of no use to me and suggested I try to sell it to recoup the difference. The fact it only offers 1L for 93% oxygen concentration makes it a machine very few, if any, will buy for that price. Very deceptive advertising ! I am wondering where the good reviews come from. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT ORDERING FROM TTLife!! I'd look somewhere else and stay away from buying a concentrator from this company. They ship from warehouses in the United States but returns have to go all of the way to China!!

My oxygen concentrator was shipped quickly! It is easy to use. It makes me feel relaxed and refreshed.

I was able to go on the site and easily find the machine that would work for me since each item had a complete description of what you could expect from each device. Even though the prices are already reasonable, they also have really good specials and discounts that bring the price down even more. They let you know what will work best for your needs. The Customer Service is really good, and my orders have delivered very quickly.

Shipping is a problem. They say my item was shipped by UPS. UPS says no it wasn't. I am oxygen therapy dependent and I need the machine I ordered. Are they for real or are they fraudulent? Where is my order?
