Everything went well with my purchase. The oxygen concentrator was reasonably priced, it's quiet, it provides the amount of oxygen I need,it meets my needs. Fast ship and good communication.

I bought this as a portable unit with a higher flow than my other portables. I liked the constant flow and the ability to use the extra LPM's. While I found it a bit big, bulky and heavy to use as a portable, it does work well as a semi-permanent unit in our RV. Ordering was straight forward and simple. I did have to wait an extra day to get it due to a "weather delay". The instruction book could be a little more through. It did not address the length of time the batteries last nor did it address oxygen concentration (it was showing only 35%) Thought this should be higher. Have sent email to hopefully get some answers to tis. Overall seems to be a well made product

My complaint is the same as many others, slow delivery. Company web site says delivery 3 - 5 business days. I placed my order JUL 29. We needed the device by AUG 6th because we were leaving for a trip the next day. I received an order acknowledgement JUL 29 at 11:43AM, then a shipping notification same day at 1:45PM with a FEDEX tracking number. I checked the shipping progress 2 days later, JUL 31, only to find out the package hadn't been given to FEDEX yet? It was not entered into their system until next day, AUG 1st. Then they gave a delivery date of AUG 9th to ship a package from CA to Western Pennsylvania? It ended up being delivered late in the day on AUG 10. The package has never been opened as of today AUG 17. I sent one email to the info@ address on AUG 5th asking for a return label and a full refund because of late delivery and did not get any reply. I sent a second today, AUG 17, asking for the same thing. We'll see what happens. Their web site says there is a restocking fee for returning used equipment but ours was never used. Again we'll see what happens.
UPDATED AUG 20 I have not heard back from OxygenSolve as of today. I'll resend another email.
UPDATED SEP 2 This will be my last update. On AUG 20 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I explained, in detail, what had happened regarding the shipping terms mentioned on the web site and when the package was eventually shipped and delivered. Later that day I was issued a full refund on my charge. Also that same day I was contacted by OxygenSolve for the first and only time. Their email asks to explain why I wanted to return the unit and, once I did, they would send a return address label. I did explain - but that is the last time I ever heard from them. I have tried to contact them 2 more times last week (AUG 24 and 28) and have gotten no reply. I can't say anything good or bad about the product because it has never been used. The box it was shipped in has never been opened.

Took 7 days to ship from a California Warehouse. Thats inexcusable. Then Another 7 day for the warehouse to Ohio... This is a medical device Not a Gameboy. When ppl order these its needed ASAP..

Not knowing alot about o2 machines they exchanged the one i bought for the one I really needed. Great customer service. I have the NT-08G and it really is a great little machine.

It a very convenient portable oxygen but its just sad that it is no longer available in your website since I plan to buy another one for my office needs

I received my product pretty quickly. I used it for the first time today. It sounds like popcorn popping but after speaking to customer service (who was very quick to answer my email) I was assured the noise was normal. I'm still waiting on the second battery I ordered but I'm confident I will receive it soon. I was skeptical of this whole purchase but I am happy with it. Here's hoping it has a long life.

Product is good and delivered timely

I need to return it on open. I ordered the wrong unit and wanted to negotiate for a lighter weight unit. I was again told no. Your return policy is 30 days, but your emails are saying no.

It’s nice to be able to get out of the house with 8 liters of oxygen without dragging around a tank. Sadly though at 8 liters battery goes pretty fast always have car charger and back up battery handy. Having this though you don’t need to drag a bunch of tanks that go just as fast and aren’t rechargeable.

It’s louder than advertised

It was easy to order and arrived early.
The only downside was I didn’t get the $20 gift card or the batteries for the remote.
I use it every night and it works great.
I got the$20 “GIFT CARD”it’s only good in there store.

In my opinion this company is a scam. Ordered two machines, one portable and one home one. Received both neither worked correctly. Emailed the company and stated what was wrong with both in detail with pictures of the model/serial numbers on the machines and wanted to return them and get a refund. I have just gotten the run around and now they do not even answer my emails. The customer service number, when you look it up is for three different companies selling the same thing. You can never get through to them, the recording states they will call you back, never do. I just lost over $800. Lanora Ovino

Ordered my O2 concentrator on April 28, now on May / 28, all I have is a long list of excuses, apologies, explanations, and no O2 concentrator.. I'm hoping to change my feedback.. however, so far it is more like a slapstick comedy than a real company..

GOT IT !!!. I finally received my O2 concentrator 32 days after ordering it...with another apology blaming inventory problems.

Oxygensolve offered me a $30 "partial refund"....for the "inconvenience" of waiting 32 days for my medically needed device. They also asked me to remove my negative feedback... The O2 concentrator works well, is solidly built, and I am happy with it. I might buy more from them . I hope they fixed their "logistics problems"

I was initially upset by the phrase "3-4 day shipping". I didn't realize that meant it would be 3-4 days before you processed it for shipping. Had I known that I probably would not have ordered. Once the machine got here, it took about 2 weeks, I was impressed with the workmanship, and ruggedness of the product. After using it for about a month now I think that the machine is very good. My biggest complaint would be the battery life. I am only getting about 1-3/4 to 2 hours on a charge as opposed to the 3-4 hours advertised. I purchased an extra battery (8 cell) at time of purchase, since then I have ordered the 16-cell battery to see if it lasts long enough for an outing. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet but will post additional comments when I am able. Overall, I am happy with the unit.

Used my portable oxygen for first time on 4-22-26. I was very please with it. Not to heavy, easy to carry. Gave me just amount of oxygen I needed. I would recommend this to anyone that needs oxygen away from home.

Everything about this unit is awesome. A lot quieter then my other machine and now I can stop paying 50 a month for a rental….love it !!!
