I haven’t actually turned it on and used it yet, but I just turned it on and it is extremely quiet and it was packaged well and and quick delivery

I ordered the NT-03 portable oxygen concentrator and bought two NT-3 5000mah batteries to keep me running all day. The concentrator came with a 110v charger and a cigarette lighter plug in that worked inside the vehicle and plugged into the oxygen concentrator for continuos use. The concentrator and the two batteries give me 3L of oxygen as a max and it is more than enough for my needs. TTLife was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They are a good company and they stand behind and believe in what they sell. I will buy from them again. Thank you

I really didn't expect this kind of quality for the cost. It is a well built machine and worth much more. I can't testify as to its durability as I have only used it for a week however due to its quality I expect many years of use.

Shipping was very fast. The two concentrators I received were of excellent quality. The Instructions were good as well. I highly recommend this company and it's products.

There seemed to be a problem with the order. They acted immediately to correct the misunderstandings. The sevice was excellent and product is working fantastically. I would highly recommend doing business with these people. The oxygen concentrator was priced so low I did not expect it to be of such high quality. It is extremely small and quite enough to sit on the bed stand next to my bed with no notable noise. It is as quiet as my CPAP, possibly even quieter. I bought it as a backup for my large condenser which I have had for many years. The old one has been extremely reliable but is huge (about 30 lb.) and so noisy I have had it in the hallway outside my bedroom in order to sleep. I recommend it as a great choice as well as the integrity of the company and excellent service. I have put the old noisy beast away as a backup and am delighted in every way with my new device.

The unit wasn't what I expected and in trying to get a hold of someone the phone # that came with the unit went to a full mail box and the email wasn't accurate email. I went on line and found a phone #. That person said I had to contact customer support via email. I requested via that email to receive a phone call and was advised communication only via email. Basically you have no support. Their response they would call. I tried every email sent me and never got a CBK after giving them all the info requested. Their response not true

I ordered because website said in stock and ready for shipping. They charged my credit card immediately. I was contacted the next day with a statement that the product was in fact not available and offered an alternative unit that was stated to be the same functionally but a few visual variances. The statement even stated that the alternative product was local and ready to ship. A USPS shipping label was created and that is about all that happened. USPS never recieved the product to ship it. The company responses are written very poorly and it is evident that this is not a legitimate company. My husband passed away this morning and I do not need the product since they could not hold up their end of the transaction, I have filed a dispute with my credit card to have my money refunded from this fraudulent company

needed portable oxygen generator for my wife ordered an NT-5 from TTLife with an insurance policy that guaranteed no hassle return. My wife took a turn for the worst, so the NT-5 was not needed, it was new in the box never plugged in. I proceeded to return it, TTLife's only response was, (they would give me $70 and I should sell it to someone else). Sister companies Xygenvip and Oxygensolve all the same scam group!

Great product. Wish battery life was more. But get extra battery when you purchase!

Tried unit for two nights and it ran as expected.

I got the 2 nebulizer package at a good price. It's much better than the previous brand which broke down after only a few months. Can I get a refund?

Do not buy from this company. I bought a concentrator for my father who passed away before it arrived. I have tried to get a refund as it was unopened and this was a scam. It took two weeks of emailing back and forth to get an address. they made me jump through hoops sending photos of the unopened boxes. When they finally gave me an address in Maine, I was out of town for work three days and they said i had to send pics of the mailing labels and send within 48 hours or they wouldn’t accept the return. I explained I was out of town at that point - it was a Thursday- and would mail it Monday which I did. I sent the required photos of mailing labels. The next step was I had to let them know when it was delivered. So I tracked them and emailed them when they were delivered. I have never gotten another response or refund. Total scam. Not a real company. My mom is in memory care and needs that money. Do not buy from this “company” site!

I was impressed with the customer service. I messed up my address, but they fixed it immediately before it shipped. My seren5 package still arrived in five days. Everything went perfectly smoothly.
