Sales team especially Micah were exceptional, very helpful in explaining the Pacaso model and in dealing with the "waffling' that would come up with each of my family member's concerns. One suggestion on the paperwork side that might help future owners would be to provide an ongoing checklist and or timeline of the status of the signing process. Just how my mind works, if and when it decides to work. Thanks to all, Were really excited, thanks to you, Pablo.

Really easy, streamlined process from start to finish. I bought the Pacaso share for my family but sell real estate for a living, and I wish our typical transactions were as easy as this. Looking forward to our first stay in Palm Springs!

We had a great experience buying our dream vacation home through Pacaso. Every aspect of the buying experience was pleasant, quick, painless and clear. Our experience was good and the staff was very helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is that we had much anxiety when we could not find dates for our new house until we found out that some dates were pre-blocked for new owners. If we had known this prior to closing, it would have caused us much less stress about our purchase. We recommend disclosing this to future owners before closing.

Karl was very helpful and our welcome to our new home was amazing. We do have a few requests for the home, but I’m sure Karl will handle it.

Only critiques:
1. some costs were sprung on us on the end but those were waived
2. Some high season dates are allocated by Pacaso initially and then open again at different interval dates on the app -this was not exactly explained upfront
Again overall Pacaso makes the process easy and we are looking forward to our family vacations

Pacaso is forward thinking. The process is smooth and simple. I am a real estate broker and know how a company could complicate the process and make it unpleasant. Pacaso made it an enjoyable process and experience.

We are pleased with our decision to purchase a unit in a house in Park City. A quality property in all respects, and essentially ski in ski out. We are anticipating year round use for our extended families. The process of investigating the property, the Pacaso approach,and acquiring the membership in the LLC was very quick and smooth. Our only concern is that the process for selecting the weeks is not transparent and there will be difficulty in obtaining days around the Christmas Holidays.

There was an issue at the house with our gas line that compromised our stay, otherwise it would have been a 5-star rating.

Awesome experience! Our property manager, Katie, greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and welcome note. Above and beyond!

Wonderful experience. Lindsey was top-notch and went way above and beyond for us. She responded immediately when we lost power and was there for us for every step. We are loving our new place and so excited to come back!

Sandra shows great care in ensuring owners have a wonderful experience! Every time we go the house has new features and little touches that make it more enjoyable. This time around, we got to enjoy the outdoor furniture, the rug and mirror and the primary bedroom, and the steppers for the pool cover. And we so appreciate her accommodating schedules! We love her!

This concept is simply incredible! I've purchased two units on two separate properties. One is in Park City and the other is on Newport Beach peninsula. The properties are amazing, well furnished and completely turn key. Instead of the seller renting out to air bnb daily or weekly renters Pacaso limits to just 8 owners. True owners on title. The level of care that brings from just 8 owners as opposed to hundreds of random renters over time helps keep the local community stable and thriving. I can not thank Pacaso enough for this concept that brought homes financially out of reach within the grasp of my family.

All of our dealings from my first phone call to the closing on our home were handled very professionally. Pacaso target buyers are used to professional service in all their business and personal endeavors, so that is their expectations. All of the Pacaso Team Members were very responsive and in some cases took the initiative to keep all the details and documents moving. This is only possible in a DocuSign environment.

We purchased a share back in November 2020 up in St Helena and have had a wonderful experience. My wife and I love the model along with the support they provide in making it possible to own a fraction of a second home. The app is the secret sauce to making this type of co ownership possible since we all get a fair shot at reserving our allotted time including holidays. Our assigned manager is always responsive to any requests/needs to make our home better and we’ve never had a bad experience any time we’ve stayed up in the Napa/St Helena Area. Would highly recommend if you find the right home for you. I don’t see myself ever selling

Hi All,
One point of feedback. I checked out at approximately 11:30am today. I tried locking the door with the code given in the check out email. It didn't work. The code that worked was the one given at check IN. I venture to guess that the check OUT code won't work until after 12pm, which is check out time. You should probably look into that.
