We forgot to mention we're not morning people so having to be on the road by 9 was a stretch. That's on me. We didn't get driving till 10:30 which meant we had to drive directly to our first activity and skip the pit stop suggestion as well as checking into the hotel first. The first activity was an open air train ride to the 25th Annual Maple Sugar festival in Hadley. Sadly this was a 20 minute ride in the woods with minimal views and the festival was a farmers market. There was only 1 table selling syrup and no other mention of maple. Certainly didn't feel like a festival so that was a bit underwhelming. We did have great tacos from a food truck and found some items to bring home. The hotel was great - great service, amazing food and room. I wish we had more artsy activities in the area. Horse racing and the military museum isn't really of interest to us and thats a huge part of this town. We went to both museums anyways but I feel like for the cost of this trip we could have done something more interesting. We did choose to go to the Skidmore Tang Museum which was great. The Spa Park massage was amazing. Overall it was nice to have a short getaway with new experiences, and we made the best of activities that weren't really our thing, but perhaps I wasn't clear enough outlining my interest. This is our 3rd trip with PUG and I assumed our past trips info would be available to the planner to help outline what we do like. Saratoga felt a little lacking for the price tag. If we didn't have a great hotel I think I would have been more disappointed. Also the famous mineral springs are really just historic water fountains in the parks that you might otherwise just walk by. The hotel, food, and massage were the highlights but I feel like those things had little to do with the location. In the future it would be super cool if the customer had the option to send examples of what they're looking for and get some feedback on what sort of price tag to associate with that kind of trip as well as if its doable within dates/travel type. Perhaps if I selected plane travel we may have had a more bougie experience.

We had such a great time! The communication was great. We didn’t have to do any planning whatsoever. It was amazing to just show up to the airport and the uber credit to get to and from our hotel was a detail that was much appreciated. Having a loose itinerary with a few planned things and a big list of recommendations was perfect. I felt like the place that was picked for my friends and I was spot on. We’ll definitely do it again!

My “You Pick Destination” was amazing. Everything planned was fun and fit our preferences. The hotel selection was great as well. customer service and the pre-trip communication kept me at ease.

Besides having a wonderful time in Savannah, Georgia I want to say how impressed we were with your company! You went above and beyond in being available. I like a company that does what they say when they say it!
Savannah is a fun city! All or reservations were in order and your other suggestions as to what to do were top notch!

This was our second surprise trip with Pack Up and Go. Both times, they did a great job of choosing cities and activities that really fit our interests.

What made our experience great was that Pack Up + Go LISTENED to what we wanted. The communication during the planning stage was excellent. The trip had just the right amount of activities and just the right amount of down time. The accommodations were up to the level of what we requested and it was special that everywhere we went, people knew we were celebrating our anniversary. Having someone else do all the work and having the excitement of looking forward to a surprise was so much fun!!! We would 1000% do it again!

This is a super fun way to get together with friends and have no stress with planning anything. Everything is kept secret until 1 week prior and it is a fun anticipation!!! This is our 4th trip as a group and each time they make sure our flights leave and arrive around the same times. They are amazing! Also if you have a problem or issue on your trip they are very responsive and help you in any way they can!!!

Fantastic! We were sent to San Diego for a fun girls trip. They planned everything even activities and some meal reservations! We will definitely use them again!

The experience was a great time and it was a destination we had never been to. Food/weather/activities were amazing.

Our trip was to Richmond, VA. Every experience booked for us was thoughtfully put together based on our interests and thoroughly enjoyable. The absolute highlight was a private zoo experience where we got to enter the penguin enclosure and meet penguins up close and personal.

The timing of the experiences and dinners were perfectly structured to allow us to fully enjoy ourselves but not need to rush. And each dining location met the dietary requirements we had mentioned.

I enjoyed not having to plan a trip! I'm used to getting decision fatigue by all the choices. The hotel and restaurants were places we would have never chosen on our own. I do wish we were given an itemized receipt of where our money went. We had some issues with the valet (they didn't believe we had prepaid, and they still charged us a fee), but I'm not sure if that is the fault of the hotel or Pack Up + Go. We did eventually get a refund from them.

We have scheduled a Pack Up & Go trip for our anniversary for the past 3 years. Up until this last trip, every experience had been amazing and we looked forward to this years surprise. Unfortunately our trip was a bit stressed because the events scheduled on the day of our actual anniversary were rescheduled with out any notice so we ended up missing it. I don't know about many of you but I don't tend to check my email while on vacation. We went by what was scheduled in our packet. It would have been nice to have a phone call prior to the changed event so that we would not have missed it. The event company couldn't reach me directly since the only phone number they had on the reservation was for Pack Up & Go and they received no response. Luckily, I receive a partial refund. Other than this mishap our vacation was very relaxing and we got to visit a great place that we are eager to go back to.

I had such an amazing experience with Pack Up + Go and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free way to travel. From start to finish, everything was so thoughtfully planned. The hotel was incredible—truly luxurious and such a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

One of my favorite parts was that all of my dinners were scheduled in advance, and every single restaurant was a great choice. It made the trip feel seamless and took away the usual stress of researching and making reservations. The activities they planned were also so much fun and added a lot to the overall experience.

I had mentioned ahead of time that I would be traveling solo, and they clearly took that into account. I felt comfortable and safe everywhere I went, which made such a difference. They even provided an Uber voucher to help me get around more easily, although I ended up doing a lot of walking and still felt totally at ease.

Not knowing where I was going until the morning of was honestly the best part—it made the whole trip feel like an exciting surprise and added such a unique element to the experience. And it’s funny because whenever you tell people about the concept, they get so excited and invested in guessing where you’ll end up—it makes it even more fun!

Overall, it was such a memorable and enjoyable trip. I’d 100% do it again!

My friend and I went on a trip to celebrate our 30 years of friendship and this was a great way to do it! We were able to experience things we wouldn't typically have thought to do and didn't have to make several decisions. Pack up and go provided a tailored experience for us as well as suggestions around the area. I am already in conversations with others to go again!

I was disappointed with what my budget covered, and the departure time from the location wasted an entire day! I tried to make changes well before the trip date once I realized that I grossly OVERbudgeted, and instead of getting some money back or additional amenities, I am left wondering how my $4K+ was allocated for a barely 3-day trip that included ONE dinner.

Another great trip in the books! Pack Up + Go found us a beautiful hotel in a great location for all the things we wanted to see! We loved the restaurants they recommended! The Charlotte bus tour was so interesting and we enjoyed the NASCAR Hall of Fame which we probably wouldn't have chosen on our own! Every trip we book with them shows us fun things to do in cities all over the county!

Overall it was a fun trip. One of our activities got canceled due to weather and they called right away to try and plan something new for us (we opted for a refund). Our activities were planned for the middle of the day, which is fine, but made it really hard to do other things with the time constraints. We were just kind of left feeling like while we enjoyed the location, enjoyed the activity we did do, we could have planned a better trip for what we spent.
